Be careful with this location they add lines to your plan without your consent. I have been getting charged for 5 months now without knowing for an extra line. It is connected to an I phone 6 which we don't own. Called customer service and reported them and got my money back and the line canceled. Will never return to this location

I went to T-Mobile yesterday and was helped out by Kylie. She was actually on her way out she had just finished her shift but noticed our situation and decided to help us out!!! We are so glad she did! her customer service was superb. She did everything she could to make it work for us and we now have 2 new phones that we love ? thank you Kylie we appreciate all your hard work!

This place is a joke I came here last night to find out about getting two senior lines on their plan with two iPhone 13 and the guy tells me nobody in the area has any 13s they're all out of stock so you need to get the iPhone 14 or the 15. Basically he lied this is a franchise store and not a location. I called the corporate location down the street and they had 15 of them in stock, so I took my service there. Service at this store is absolutely horrible.

Do not buy anything here they're always lie about their policy. Once they take your money, they're not gonna return it to you even the next day when their service is not what your expect.

Very helpful. I wasn't even going to buy something but they were very polite even though I wasn't in the best. Bought a home Internet service. Hopefully it lives up to what they promised. The entire procedure took about 20 minutes which is lightning speed for cell phone purchases.

The guy at the door wouldn't let me through. It was awkward. I wanted to see new phone options and accessories and new plan options. But this guy was just going back and forth with me on why I'm at the store. I was so uncomfortable that I decided to go elsewhere. Im also disconnecting my service because of this

ONE OF THE WORST T-MOBILE THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.They scammed so bad that I had to go another store to fixed my problem because the customer service is NOT GOOD they tell you other stuff from the truth. Just don't bothered and go to another store.

I was in the process of finding a new cell phone carrier. I considered several options but decided on T-Mobile. The customer service was excellent and Jose, from the Moreno Valley Mall location, took his time to explain the network and the service's. I believe I made a good choice.
