Only useful to get or drop off equipment. Better to just use online or over the phone customer service. They do make you wait forever if you walk in. Wasn't that busy and had enough people working. Just using a different one.

Long waits especially on peak hours but having to set up an appointment solves that issue. They were helpful and courteous. Jason was an awesome help to me and my wife initially then to me and my elderly dad on a subsequent visit.

Do not go here they make you wait over an hour and when it’s your turn they will jump you and go to the next person if you want it cancel a service. And then pretend they didn’t see your name.

My husband and I came in yesterday last minute to get internet service. David was the one helping us, he had great, friendly and fast service. Answered all of our questions. Made the experience easy.

Why is there only one worker helping customers???? The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. In the 30 minutes I have been waiting, I have seen at least three other workers come in and out of back doors. Yet they remain hidden, indisposed for whatever reason. I don't see them selling phones or anything just being idle. If there were ANY OTHER internet providers in this area, I would not be here.

I have tried getting just internet connection. Placing a request with sales and customer service. Both said my location is covered for service. Yet when the service man comes . We don't service this area!!!!! Just wondering is it that hard to let everyone in the company know the areas of coverage and not covered. I'm so disappointed in Spectrum wow . I have waited almost 2 hours just to find out that I won't be able to pick up the equipment that was promised by their customer rep over-the-phone. The rep who is assisting me by the counter didn't have any accomodating attitude. The supervisor or manager who assisted her with my issues didn't even find ways to at least help and sort out what happened. People are waiting more than an hour and we spare our time going our way too. Please have your reps relay the correct information to your clients. And have that welcoming ambience at your store. Hopefully it will be different the next time,.. (if there would be)
