Every single time I come here their are no carts and the ones they do have are locked up. .... Why would you lock up the carts? and WHY is pancakes not on the cereal isle but 5 isles over???? Makes no sense!!!!!

I like Smart & final don't get me wrong but they have a huge problem with retaining employees it seems like because every time I go I see someone new and someone who doesn't know what they're doing it's a shame but you have to blame management for that. Today I went shopping at Smart & final and spent about $70 last time I went was like a week and a half ago and I spent $100. One thing you really have to pay attention to is things they mark down because they will ring up at regular price that was the problem today and I was trying to be charged $30 instead of $6.66 ( I know each one $2.12) from $8.99 there were also manufacturer coupons on the items at first the cashier told me she couldn't do it but then I read the coupon to her and she did it but she had to get an override and that took forever and then she charges me an for 1 extra 2 Liter of soda i didn't receive. I still gave 4 Stars because of the products they sell but for some reason it seems to be a revolving door for new help. Anyways I'm not saying don't go shop at Smart & final but if something happens don't expect them to answer the phone so it's very important to pay attention to what they're ringing up.

Found what I went there for. Wanted to pick some xlnt tamales but only found the chicken kind. I go once a month usually for a lead in sale and pick up and extra $50. Or so of stuff I wasn't even looking for. Been going since the 1980's but most of the reasons seem to be not carried anymore. Otherwise shop at WinCo as they are cheaper across the board.

Nice store. Everything was clean and in order. The service was very good. All the shelves were stocked. The line was short. I gave it 4 stars, but I'll raise it to 5.

Don't buy meat hereAlways save receiptAfter 2 days of purchase meat rancid, smelled terrible ?I called and won't allow return, exchange or store credit without receiptVery unfortunate but I always buy from Costco, Sam's club or even el super and never had an issue with quality.

This place is ok and does have bulk items. there is a smell however it's not bad, it's mostly an "old building" smell. the location isn't the best area but that's not something the store controls and it looks clean enough so I don't care.
