“First off i just want to say Sandra is the most kind and caring property mgr I've met at a storage facility. Sarah is very sweet and a hard worker. This facility is always clean and we have not had any problems with this place and that's saying a lot. I don't give reviews but I felt the need to this time. I recommend anyone who needs to rent a unit in moreno valley this would be the place.”

“This self storage location has competitive rates and offers many unit options. They have an office with plenty of parking options should you want to go into the office to review unit availability / options or pay for your unit in person instead of the online portal. You have to follow a small narrow entrance that is hidden between a car auto shop entrance and a small local plaza, but they do have a sign that's visible only from the main street. They offer a secure lot with gates and barbed wire perimeter, as well as drive up and indoor units that vary in price. I would highly reccomend and can confirm units have been generally safe throughout my last 3 year usage. BE SURE TO ASK ABOUT ENTRY / EXIT TIMES to avoid getting stuck inside, while loading or unloading as time tends to fly when you're busy.”
“I used these folks to move from a 2500 sq. foot house + 250 sq foot storage unit. The crew was great and extremely helpful over the two days they were packing up the house. They handled our stuff with great care, and moved some things they were not taking (very fragile things) up to our garage so we could easily drive them ourselves.Out of state move, so North American Van Lines will pick up and load our stuff in their big trucks from Burgess' Riverside location.I would absolutely use them again.”
