Not Saying this place is not professional or that you should not go here because they did try to accommodate for another day. They are also hard to find . But Don’t drive here thinking it is a stop in place for cabinets, This is a show room/Contractor place that is by appointment only, the business should really consider people in putting that in the description. We had looked up places and came down to picking two one in San Bernardino and this one. I would pick the place in San Bernardino as they are walk in friendly and don’t run by appointments considering the general public Of course.

Luis reached out to me and apologized for the delay in getting back to me. He asked me if I was still interested and I said yes. I understand things happen, so I got the estimate and decided to move forward . I will leave another review when the work is complete. It's a shower replacement and remodel . Floor and shower.

Luis and the design center did a fabulous job updating my bathroom to a walk-in shower. Kept in contact with us thru out the whole project. I feel lucky to have found a great contractor and plan on using SB design center for my kitchen and master bathroom remodels in the future

Luis and his team transformed my old bathroom to a luxury walk in shower. They were very professional and clean thru out the whole project. With his showroom we were able to pick all the materials to transform out bath. I feel I am lucky to have found a contractor that I can depend on and trust to complete a project. You will not be disappointed in your decision to use SB Design center

Luis and his team transformed our outdated bathroom to a dream bathroom. He walked us thru all the options and having his design center to show us all of our choices made us feel comfortable with what we chose to have installed. Luis personally got back with us every time we had a question during the process. I am so happy I found a great contractor and am looking forward to working with them on more projects in my home

Had SB design come over to give an estimate on a remodel for our kitchen. The guy came over measured everything, told my husband that he would call with the estimate. Have heard nothing. We will not be using them for anything.

Despite the nightmare that was Covid they worked to finish our project. Even with the numerous changes we demanded mid-project. Louis kept in regular contact about the various changes keeping us up-to-date in these trying times. Constantly friendly and professional I plan on using their services in the future.

We just got our kitchen re-done. All I can say SB Design's Owner Luis, together with his skilled and professional team did a great job!...outstanding!...See the before and after photos...the new kitchen is the one with dark smoke metallic cabinets with quartz carrara white countertops...Luis and His Team made sure that we were 101% satisfied customers! We obtained estimates from several contractors and decided to go with SB Design Center because of the vision Luis had for our kitchen remodel. The owners are professional and personable and gave us a reasonable cost estimate and so we also added bathroom quartz counter tops to the project. We were pleased with the service and workmanship the staff provided on our Kitchen remodel. Throughout the project there was always attention to the finest detail. For the most part, our project was completed on time. The only exception was, understandably, due to Covid and a hardware business closure for our cabinet handles. It took me a very long time to find this wonderful company. I got quotes from eight different companies that tried to change the design I wanted or told me what I wanted to do was not possible. When Luis came to give me a quote, he told me they could do exactly what I wanted. I ended up getting my kitchen and master bath done at the same time and both rooms came out great!!! I love love love my new kitchen and bathroom!! Luis and his crew are wonderful!!! I will be using them again to do bathroom number 2!!

My Mom had her kitchen done last year around this time and cabinets and doors started falling apart 1 month after. Cabinets were fixed then started breaking again. Luis has been contacted and he says he will show up and nothing. Some of the drawers don't even open or stay up unless I hold them.
