At 6:00pm There is a white lady with tattoos on her arm, very rude, really bad attitude. She shouldn’t be at the shipping desk handling paperwork for drivers. Not happy with her service, giving a bad image to Ross company.

I was a live unload here. I showed up about 20 mins before my 0800 appointment. Getting here is…odd. There are a lot of “no trucks allowed” roads that everyone seems to ignore. Once you get near the DC in Perris you’ll find me up turning down Globe to go around the back of the DC. At the end of the Globe you’ll turn right. You HAVE TO SWING WIDE. Seriously that’s not a joke. It’s tight here and I almost realized how tight the entrance was too late. I had to stop for a second and try and decide if I had enough to clear it or if I was going to have to back it up.
You don’t need to give the guard your bills, they just ask for your license. Yes the drop and hooks have to have the letter. I don’t know why that’s such a big deal. This isn’t the only warehouse that does that. And it’s posted very clearly at the shipping office door and inside. This is a busy warehouse for its size. And it’s a bit tight. It’s doable, but when you’re trying to dodge yard drivers, other drivers who don’t care, and people dropping and hooking almost directly across from your dock…it’s a bit hectic. Definitely take your time.
Listen, I can’t say enough about the office ladies. There is this sweet lady at the main window who has been there for 40 years. She is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. And I’m pretty sure some of those local drivers will put you in your place if you disrespect her. She will take good care of you. There is no reason to be mean to her. For some reason I was a month late for my appointment (?????). They got me squared away and out in under 2 hours. I would go back any time.

Easy in easy out, nice employees. Big lot.
Beware beware. Turn very wide at entrance gate. 53' trailers turned normally will hit metal poles....be careful during darkness

I worked in the splitting Department everyone here cherry-picked to inflate their numbers I did not cherry pick because I was trying to get permanently hired, this caused me to get over work because I had to work twice as hard to stay above water to make the rate, when I told several managers,it was ignored. when I told them I was physically taking a beating to my right arm they ignored it. eventually I blew my arm out. when I reported the injury, they covered it up, because they ignored my cries.now I have no job, do not work here! this place will destroy your body and then recycle you out like trash. because of their negligence, I am possibly permanently disabled. The second star was for Carlos, the old department manager for pts this man was very professional polite and courteous. I will miss you!

I worked at this company for dmsi, I reported that people were cherry-picking in my department which basically inflates their numbers and basically made me work twice as hard to stay above water, since I did not cherry pick. as I wanted to get hired on as a permanent employee. I followed all the rules! I reported it to several managers as pulling arm was taking a heavy burden as I had to work twice as hard to keep my numbers above 75% I ended up injured destroying the tendons in my right arm. when I reported it, they did not address the injury for a week, did not give me any medical attention until I refuse to work. they have ended my assignment . I am doing a light duty charity assignment, dmsi and Ross tryed to cover up the fact that I reported the misconduct and my injury. They fabricated statements to cover themselves, they treated me very aggressively when I asked them why they were being aggressive and rude they said they were just being "firm" which was completely unnecessary. I was hurt and needed help and relied on them and trusted them. when they told me not to come to work anymore,, this decision made me have a mental breakdown, as I was broken with no job.I have been in severe pain for 2 months if you decide to work for this company do not report your injury because you will be targeted harassed humiliated and disregarded like a piece of trash, you will get recycled out!

Been working here for a few months now and there's a pretty good group of folks working here. Friendly, Helpful, and Everyone actually does their jobs. They offer weekly pay incentives on top of an already very decent wage.
