I checked in at 9:55 am. I had a 10 am appt for a vaccination with their pharmacy. It is now 10:40.
They just called me wanting $260
Oops...they had the incorrect insurance info.
I asked for their restroom code. They said the code didn't work...then they said their bathroom was out of order.
Now they are trying to figure out the insurance end.
No wonder they are closing stores.

Around 8:05 pm, I visited the Right Aid on Iron Wood to purchase some ice cream. There was a lady, possibly in her mid-40s or 50s, who appeared to be of Indian descent. She was sitting on the office stairs, observing us and assisting the customers in line. It was quite unprofessional of her to witness our arrival and still prioritize others ahead of us. This incident left me feeling deeply saddened and disappointed by her lack of professionalism. And I forgot to mention she gave us the ugliest stare down and made me feel really uncomfortable

The store is excellent but one thing everyone should beware of is whenever you use the ATM inside, if you see someone pretending to use the pay phone that’s right next to the ATM, he’s really waiting for you to leave so he can retrieve the credit card skimmer he placed on that ATM. That ATM is not safe to use, that skimmer will copy your credit card and have your pin. By the way, I doubt that pay phone even works.

UPDATE: I called the following Sunday and an employee lied on the manager insinuating it was her who was profiling me as she claimed the manager was in Sunday which is not true. She keeps pretending to be the assistant manager when in reality I already talked to the assistant manager who is older. This female employee sounds young and she also lied about the manager’s schedule claiming she works on Sunday and that she is in 10am-6pm. The ACTUAL assistant manager already informed me Jillian is in 8am-4pm and doesn’t work Sunday. The younger employee or employees knows she or they were profiling which is why she does not want me to speak to the manager so she has been pretending to be the assistant manager to get the actual assistant manager in trouble which is wrong. She is causing drama and lying on people. Please investigate who was in March 17th 2-3:30 p.m. Thank you!
Last week on Sunday I was profiled. You can guess my race of course, but I was profiled here. I came in to buy Preparation H for my mother March 17th between the hours of 2-3:30 pm. I couldn't find the item so I searched a bit. No one was around for me to ask help. I ended up finding the item so I go to checkout. As I am waiting a customer is checking as well. While waiting 2 female workers show up and start having a conversation nearby constantly looking my way as if I was going to run out (what made them think that?). They remain there until I finish checking out. Once I leave they then leave out of the door as well. I'm not sure if the manager or assistant manager sent them (but I am curious why did whoever was there believe I would run out? I visited this particular location again March 17th between the hours of 2-3:30pm please investigate this situation. I have visited this store on and off for years and never thought I would be profiled here.
But I shouldn't be surprised. Ever since the shoplifting epidemic which was proven to be exaggerated if one does research. Ever since the social media videos showing black people running out of stores me and plenty of black people I know have had security lock doors, were followed (which is against policy I would know as I used to work for Walgreens). Unless you see a customer steal you are not supposed to profile. I haven't stolen anything as small a piece of gum. I definitely wouldn't do that considering the fact that I will be attending RCC's nursing program. Why would I want to ruin my career? Most importantly I think stealing is pathetic. Despite that especially ever since the videos of black people running out of stores, this sounds dramatic but it's as if I'm being punished for existing. I wasn't the only person in the store so why was a magnifying glass on me when I entered the store? I don't look homeless, she couldn't have seen me place anything in my pockets so why was I so suspicious to her she sent 2 workers to watch me? I hate to do the whole race thing but sometimes it is just that and it has been that.
Before the social media videos of black people stealing I have never been profiled maybe twice but I understood because I had the worst fashion sense and looked poor. But even back then I wasn't profiled. Now I dress pretty decent so why am I viewed as suspicious? Ever since those videos I get profiled now anywhere from once a week to twice in a day. Again I hate to pull the whole race thing but what they, not the workers but the manager likely made them do, was quite odd. But then again maybe the two workers took it upon themselves to watch me, I don't know. Anyway I apologize for the long post I am a bit upset because I have visited this store numerous times and never had issues when I visited a year and a half ago so I was quite surprised to be profiled.

Pharmacists and pharmacy staff at THIS rite-aid are truly excellent! As a patient who’s had bad experiences w/my past pharmacy ( b4 moving ) due to not being able to fill my monthly RX.I experience monthly anxiety when time to refill . However, Thank you to pharmacy , staff & pharmacists here at rite aid for being helpful & explaining everything when necessary. I truly appreciate u all & hope that soon you’ll be our family’s permanent pharmacy.

Associate working in pharmacy told me that I had to wait in line behind another customer when she could’ve just handed me two Flowflex Covid Kits. Her manager or coworker whoever it was had to convince her to just hand it to me instead of having me wait in line.

Purchased a Visa Gift card from the store and when I opened it I got a fraudulent card. My 3rd set of 4 digit card numbers was completely scratched off, so when I tried to call the card service number I couldn’t reach a user since I couldn’t type in my full card number. And when I went to call the store number they kept sending me back to the pharmacy line, waste of time and wasted 55$ on the card.

I'm just not getting it. Why do you ruin your store's reputation by hiring a reckless employee who simply doesn't want to work?
When I got at the store at 9:15pm, the person who was directly next to the thrifty ice cream place (Seneca) said her name was Maria when I asked for her name!!... anyway,, when I asked for ice cream, she said we are closed for ice cream!!!
She probably didn't want to serve me because she was mopping the floor. When I asked her where they keep tea and coffee, she responded she had no idea as she never been behind registers seruously!!!
She had a terrible attitude, and when I asked her why she is being like that, she decided to serve ice cream!
This is my first and last visit to Rite Aid Ironwood.
What a shame!!
Going back to my review 3 weeks later, nobody from Carl's Jr ever responded!

They always have my prescription without the long wait. I lost my eyedrops and the pharmacy returned it to me!

This location has the worst customer service. There's always long lines. There's no one to help you in the liquor department All the liquor is locked up and you ask for service and no one ever comes. I think I'll go to CVS from now on.This location definitely should be one of those that will close due to the bankruptcy.
