Shady garbage place. Quick to take money but as soon as you ask what's labor warranty they make up bs that's not even in accordance with the law.
He knew that he couldn’t do the job and already blaming the parts company before he even started. That alone tells you what’s about to go down.

People, I recommend you not to use this auto shop. This place is a fraud. I took my car in for a smog check and it failed. My car has been well taking care of, never a check engine light, no mechanical defects, great mechanical conditions. They would not give me any explanation whatsoever, they wanted to work on it and retest it. After that I took it right away to another mechanic and pass within 10min.

I called in first to see if they could take my car in same day and get it fixed, but they told me no, and that they would be able to work on it the next day because they were all booked up. So then I call again and then this guy just blocks my number and won’t answer any of my calls after. So I had to use a different phone to call in, and who ever works there finally picked up the phone. Then I asked if I can make an appointment for the next day so I won’t have to be waiting, and they said no just bring it in before 8:30am, honestly you guys should have someone answering customer calls, and have appointments slots so people can book you guys and be more professional when speaking to someone because who ever I talked to today was really rude, even more disrespectful for blocking my phone number.
