I love this store the prices are better then any other place I have a BMW and all the parts are original. The only thing is that the owner needs to have a better customer service but the rest of the staff are the best and very helpful

This place has a unreasonable guarantee policy, about more than a month ago I purchased oil separators for two of my customers each owns volkswagen jetta two years of diference models and both of them fail. We lost the receipt from one but we have the receipt from the other one,they just flat out refuse to return the money even from the one with the receipt. I have previously bought parts for other repairs with out any problems, but seriously this was my last trip to their store.
