I will be taking my granddaughter, grandson for lessons. I've heard nothing but fantastic reviews from people who have experienced the ranch and the amazing people who run it

Me and my wife had an amazing time...from the minute we walked into the ranch to the end time...the whole staff was super friendly and made us feel so welcomed...the ranch was very nice but the whole experience was awesome, both staff helped me gain confidence in my future rides and I cannot wait! Thank you Providence Heart Ranch for your time and patience I definitely recommend anyone and everyone who is looking for a good horse ranch. Another memory cherished!

This is a great place for horseback riding lessons for kids for all different comfort and skill levels for children as young as 4 years old. While teaching the riding fundamentals they also train on Gymkhana events, which gives the kids a practical reason to learn to guide the horse through various paths and tasks. I would highly recommend this place!

Apparently this place is connected to a drug recovery center that shut down 3 years ago but somehow this closed drug rehab was able to charge my card over $4000 after my daughter came for a riding lesson. The woman I talked to couldn't explain how the charge happened or why I wasn't contacted and became super rude and evasive when I started asking questions. This place is SUPER shady. Stay away!

This was an amazing experience for my granddaughter. This was her first lesson. Her trainer, Evan, was very patient with her. Check-in was quick and efficient. It was very hot today, and she tired quickly, so next time we'll try to schedule when it's cooler.

This place is what my wife & I were expecting about a safe environment, the whole process is on sight which is great when you want to keep an eye on your kids. Their staff is very friendly and professional. A sunny day? No problem, they have patio chairs with shade & we didn't ask if they sell beverages because we always carry our own fresh water so bring yours just in case. Highly recommended!

Bad business practice. We did know that my grandson is allergic to possibly horse hair or hay while he was brushing horse as bonding as the instructor says before riding. He started to have teary eyes, redness and swelling of his eyes. We washed his face and hands with water right away and good thing I had my artificial tears and flushed it copiously. But in the end, they refused to give us refund of $55 since they say they the instructor was lined up. It is not one to one instructor since they had more riders than instructors in the arena. Nevertheless, all I wanted was to take into consideration it was medical issue he was not able to ride. We requested to give us part refund minus instructor fee since my grandson did not even mount the horse. They said no. They said if we come back we have to pay additional $20. We won't be back I said if he has allergy to something with the horse. No consideration whatsoever to medical situation for what happen to my grandson. Beware!

What a joke you sign up for therapy with your daughter, then they text you not call buy text, 25 hours exactly before my appointment with my daughter. Then they have the nerve to ask me to come in first thing in the morning, my daughter is in elementary school, why ask a child to skip class? To top it off if I would of cancled the appointment I would have ben charged the full visit. Yet they can cancle and not even bother to answer the phone. This place is a joke amd waist of time!!! Veterans be careful they say they want to help but only make it worse!!! Wow more lies! I got a text at 4:08 while the office is still open, you never gave me the name of another counselor, all you tried to do was fit me into your schedule! If you want I can post your text messages so the public can see how your responses does not add up.

Took my granddaughter today for her first horse experience. I believe it was Brian (long braided hair) that gave the lesson. He was so trusting and relaxed that my granddaughter felt so proud of herself at the things she got to experience! One example is that she got to walk her horse--Mama Rose--back to the red "barn" all by herself once she had completed her session! She's 6! We arrived early and got to "self tour" without anyone being uptight, which included visiting the goats! Before my granddaughter took her helmet off, she asked to go again! I came home and purchased 3 more sessions! We plan to take her lifelong buddy next time! Experience over toys! Experience is the best gift ever!
