Came here for the first time Wednesday afternoon, and was disappointed brought in my Microsoft Surface pro 8 to see if I could pawn it for some cash so the guy jump on the computer and does a search and comes back with we only take newer models because we have so many laptops already and I see they are on the 10 edition, he proceeds to say if it was a Surface pro 9 I could probably take it but I would have to check first but defetnetly not the 8 sorry but you can try the pawn shop down the street. So I grab my things and left. First of all there is no Microsoft surface pro 10. The Microsoft pro surface 9 was just released like in October of last year. I don't know if he just didn't wanna do work or he just simply didn't wanna help me either way very disappointed that the clerk didn't want to help!!!!!!!

Yesterday I went in to sell some games for a great price but seen some pokemon cards there didn't think to much of them cause I don't collect or spend my money on that but I said hey why not people out there really making money on cards so the guy hooked it up with a pack a boom a vmax charizard on my first ever pack thank you guys

My mom's been coming here for a while now and the guy I specifically always talk too when my mom's not around & I go and handle her errands (wish I would've got his name) I'm assuming he's the owner is super down to earth & genuinely cares about his customers and not just about the $ like most other pawn shops we've been too. If you're looking to pawn or sell anything this is the place to go it's in great hands for those especially who are just taking out a loan. He's showed the up most respect & patience for me n my family. Now that's how you treat your customers. Thank you Popular pawn! 😄
