First let me say they cleaned my car decent .but they cut or tore my leather seat somehow I, talked to one gut and he refused to give me his name so I put on my video camera and asked him again what his name is and he ran and jumped in a car and closed the door and refused to get me a complaints form !? Then I was greeted by another manager who said his name is Albert so I explained the situation and Blaine’s me for not taking care of my seats I have my car cleaned every other week and the seats are always Armor all cleaned all the time nevertheless he refused to give me his last name and refused to give me a complaints form and refused to give me the owners name ?! So I will have to file a complaint at city hall and get owners name and file a small claims suit against them, I do t know what they are hiding, I was just trying to follow normal Protocol so now I will also contact BBB I wish companies would stop taking advantage of consumers, I just want what they damaged repaired I got a estimate and it’s a reasonable price so please make sure before using this company check your car with great detail before and after .

I will never return here again. Prices keep going up and the service keeps going down. I left and my truck was still filthy.
I asked them to clean the windows again and then I just gave up because they clearly don't care about how clean your car actually is when you leave.

It’s hurting since you guys close at five. It’s 415. Why did I get there and you guys are all closed if you’re closing early then you guys need to maybe fix the time website stop closing early this isn’t the first time that I’ve came to your rise car wash and you guys are closed like what the heck if you guys want to start closing at three or four then you guys need to serve changing your damn time

Never again. I’ve brought my car here a few times and each time it’s not been throughly cleaned inside. Like clearly, the steering wheel and dashboard and cup holders were not cleaned. I thought maybe ok they forgot or it was an accident but for a $75 car wash, I would think it be more detailed. The customer service is great. The actual service not so much

The best car wash. I recommend asking for one of the ladies to clean your vehicle. They are amazing at cleaning the interior and exterior. You won't be disappointed. You go girls!!

Used to be great but under new management. The wash is sloppy and always miss something. The vacuum is even worse. So you vacuum my floor but I ignore the French fry on the seat? Also no cash back now so I guess no tip because I'm not using that overpriced ATM. The Latina lady at the register is so rude and brushed me off when I asked how can I leave a tip. She didn't even mention the big ole ATM. I guess my days here are over. I'll drive a little farther down the street to another car wash.
