I really love the location and options at this place. Very central to the surrounding neighborhoods and has a little bit of everything. It's super convenient to shop in especially while getting my dog done at the dog grooming place there (highly recommend Oh So Cute Dog Grooming btw).

With all the high traffic businesses in this plaza, it is horrible sometimes to find parking depending on what time you're going. There's a lot of homeless that park here and kind of just loiter around. Getting out of the parking lot and back onto the road is such a headache as well. Seeing as that the intersection of pigeon pass and ironwood is always full of traffic.
