  Idk why I even tried to give them my business in the first place. But long story short booked a rental truck, had my confirmation number and everything was good. And the day that I'm moving out they tell me it's all sold out!? What a bunch of unprofessional people. I HIGHLY not recommend this place at all even if they charge less than any of their competitors. I would rather pay more and have my stuff ready rather than paying less and being lied to and have my day wasted.

  Inside Home Depot in the tool rental department. The people there were pretty clueless about Penske rentals and had to call the help desk, then still couldn't help because neither of them knew the system. Understandable it's not what they do every day but still, general knowledge is expected.
