I have been a customer of Payless Auto for a couple of years now and I will say this is the best place to take your car. I highly recommend this shop to anyone I know that is having car issues because they are trustworthy and reliable. Nathan is the owner and he is very honest and helpful. He also has a very good crew on his hands, who are all very helpful and friendly and great at explaining things to me. They do great work and they’re very thorough. I appreciate everyone who works there.

There's no words to express my experience and my gratitude for this amazing Auto Shop. Nathan is the owner of this shop and he's so sweet and super reasonable with his prices. Nacho is one of his Mechanics and every time I go there he's always ready to help with anything . My dad, my kids and some of my friends come here to fix their cars or to do oil changes or whatever else our cars may need. All I can say that I will never go anywhere else. This auto shop is like family to all of us. I Thank Everyone in this shop for all of your hard work and for your wonderful customer service. I pray nothing, but blessings upon you and your families.

I came to this location to get a second view/opinion about my car giving me issues when I turn it on. As I walk in, there’s a lady seating by the customer chairs, I assumed she was a customer but then she asked me what I needed and I told her. She started questioning me where I got the new battery at and why didn’t I tell them about the issue. I told her I needed a second opinion as I knew I needed a new battery but only wanted for someone else to look at it. She continued questioning me to which I responded “never mind i’ll just go somewhere else.” At that point she became rude telling me to “shut up” and continued saying other things which I couldn’t not hear clearly because I was already walking towards my car. I’ll never go back. Lesson learned.

The Worst Workshop I Found In Moreno Valley This Man Diagnosed Me With A Code. I Came Back And Nacho Told Me That More Codes That Were Invented Came Out. They Wanted To Charge Me $1,100 For Nothing The Problem Was The Gas Cap I Do Not Recommend This Place And my son claims that they are rats and even the police called and did not want to give me the keys to my Toyota car?

Been going to Payless auto for a few years now The best thing about Payless Auto is Nathan is Honest and has excellent mechanics. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get service done to their car. Thank you to him and the mechanics !! great customer service and repair no complaints whatsoever and they have the best deals goe there and ask for Nathan great and honest guy in town. Love this shop!!!

Don’t bring your car here for a rebuilt motor. They pulled my motor and some how messed up my electrical. Car wouldn’t start when they told me it was ready and car had codes and less power after they were done with it. They took their sweet time with my vehicle and couldn’t even get it fixed right

I took in my Mustang to get serviced due to it not accelerating past a certain speed. Nathan greeted me and asked what was going on and how his shop works to diagnose the problem. He quoted me a price and it ended up being half the price ! If you need your car done with trust, take it to Payless! Great job shop team !

Been going to Payless auto for a few years now. Nathan is top notch. Stands behind the work done on your car. The best thing about Payless Auto is Nathan is Honest and has excellent mechanics. No job too small and no job too big for this shop.

These guys are great! Nacho, is excellent in customer service & is mechanic skills are exceptional! He Explains in detail what the problem is or if you even have a problem with your car! You leave with a sense of trust that your in good hands! Honesty is essential to me & they are pretty straight forward. I will come back as long as Nacho, stays at this shop!!! I will bring my other cars to this shop!

Payless Auto is great and have great mechanics. They fixed my car recently and it's running great. I will refer them to anyone that needs repairs and the customer service is amazing. This would be my my only auto repair shop from here out.

COME HERE!!! You won’t regret it.
I’ve gotten a lot of work done on multiple cars here and the customer service and quality of work is always top tier.
I got some work done on one of my cars and a few months later the car messed up again. I brought it back and they fixed it, free of charge.
The owner even offered me to use his personal vehicle to take something to my job really quick while waiting for my car to get diagnosed.
All of the people here are genuinely honest and kind people. They’ve always taken care of me and tried their best to get my car done as soon as possible. Prices are fair as well.
I’ve never been to another shop with such great service. Honestly.
I will continue coming back.

Payless Auto is by far the best place for any mechanical issue.I have been there many times and also they gave done extensive work on my cars.I have replaced my kids cars engines and also on my truck.
Very affordable and pretty quick on return time.
Nathan and his mechanics are a class act,they all greet you with a good attitude.
We all have our views and opinions but i am and will be a loyal customer…..
