I had a very scary incident where maybe my alternator went bad suddenly. The two gentlemen that were working went out of their way to make sure they tested the battery and the alternator and talked me through some tips for getting home safely. They went above and beyond and I literally had walked in like 10 minutes before closing! They earned my future business and I will be calling to let the manager know how impressed I am!

I went in today, 09/26/23 needing help with my check engine light that came on last night. Mikey was so helpful with my free diagnostic test, he found the problem in less than a minute. He went above and beyond to help find the spark plug and engine coil that I needed. Not only that, his professionalism and knowledge of cars makes someone like me, who doesn't know much about auto mechanical problems, feel at ease. It's employees like Mikey that are the reason why I only take all of my business needs to O'Reilly. I'm grateful for his patience, and professionalism.
