These guys are the slowest people on earth. Why do I have to wait 30 minutes just to pick up a fed ex package that you've got stored behind the counter? And if you a person of color they really take their time. I'm going to start having my packages delivered to Walgreens instead! At least I don't have to wait. BEEEEOCHES

Store opens and 8:00 am yet there is no staff to handle shipping, faxing or any other business needs.Was informed that no one would be there until 10:00 am to handle business needs. I was not the only customer who came in to ship a parcel. Do not rely on this store if you have early morning shipping or other business needs.

I honestly Do NOT understand why you have to check in and wait 25min or more to print some copies. Other locations you walk up to the kiosk, send email, get a QR code and scan/get our copies and you're out the door. This location is always a wait of 30min+ when there is only 3 customers and 4 employees... someone please explain??!!

Walking in here is like walking into a K-Mart (that is is if you can still find one). It used to be poppin back in the day. When I went in recently, it looked pretty empty and they didn't have a good variety of items in stock. I was looking for shipping boxes, and they didn't have the sizes I needed. I went to Staples after, and they had everything you could ever dream of.

I came in for a printing job not only the staff are rude but it was 86 min wait how is that if theres only 3 persons in front of me ! Well anyway i needed to use the restroom and they didn't let me in ,it was broken they said , really im waiting almost 1 hour and they denied the use of the restroom they told me to go acroos to the restaurant, this office depot suck ! Unfortunately theres no closer one to go!

extremely slow employees. I waited about 30 mins just to drop a package off for FedEx. One person working the service desk while other employees can be seen wandering around the store without customer's is not acceptable. It wasn't because they were short staffed either.

Very empty store but always busy needing to use the line portal. Visits there were faster when ppl could utilize the fax machine their selves ..The help was very friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience ..

If you neee anything printed you have to do Virtual. You send a text wait in line can be 5 mins or 90 minutes to wait to pick up your prints. It's very odd.

The worst store ever, I would give zero star for rating. Curb side pick up is a joke. I waited and waited and waited for someone to bring out my order. After 7 minutes of waiting, I went inside to ask for my order. The manager was rude with no customer service skills at all. He couldn't find my order. He was all over the place looking for it. I showed him on my phone that stated my order was ready. I was so frustrated that I cancel my order and called corporate office. Ugh!!! I didn't get my order at all. I am so done with Office Depot, I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I don't like the set up. I ordered online order was "complete" I spoke to a woman prior to going to make sure my order was done she said yes and it was there. When I arrived I see signs saying you need to sign in to get help with printing. I didn't need anything printed so I didn't think it pertained to me my order was complete. I'm waiting in a line there's a lady I front of me and someone being helped. After waiting for a while and the lady in front of me as well was waiting to be helped with the copy machine because she didn't know how to use it. I finally asked do I need to sign in because I'm only picking up? A young Caucasian male with a C name and chucks with skulls says whoa or wow cuz I guess I was loud idk says your order is probably there (pointing) to a stand. No my order was not there I told him it's not he said okay and never told me to sign in. I'm still waiting the woman in front of me is too and is now complaining like me because we have been waiting a while with no help. We still wait and she tells them I just need help with the copy machine, the two men at the counter are not ver good at communicating and don't really tell her anything. Horrible service. She's frustrated and starts walking out I told her "look im going to sign in because apparently I can not pick up my ready already paid for item without doing so and I'll help you make you're copy." I went out of my way to help their customer it literally took maybe 3 minutes they sooo could have helped her or even called a manger on the sales floor to help her. Any way after being there for 30min no help I get frustrated and say look I'm picking up an order paid for already can I get it I need to leave?? He looks it says my order is done but they can not find it. Great for me right? So I wait some more for it to be printed. Leave that store 40 something minutes later and made it just in time to pick up my son from practice. I get it they have a system they want to stick by... but communication would be key. Tell customers waiting around you need to sign in even if you just want to pick up or you need to sign in even if you just need help with the copy machine. Speak, speak up let the customers know you see them. I stood around when all I needed was my things handed to me... it ended up not being ready but that could have been figured out 30-40 min prior. I would never choose this place again because I feel I'd get the same type of service. Next time I'm going to fed ex for printing services. I give it two stars because in the end I got what I needed but I'm never going back. After I leave I get a text saying I still need to wait 11 min to pick up my already done and paid order lol ridiculous. They would have me waiting even longer.

Waited 40 minutes to drop off a package. Store is littered with trash. Staff is horribly trained. Literally wasted my entire lunch to just ship out a single package. Definitely will not be coming back for anything

A Young man employee named Chris, helped me with printing out some pictures for my daughters project . They were almost going to close and he still helped me . He was so friendly and respectful. I will definitely be back soon . I really appreciated him.
