we asked them if they can fixed this before handing them our car and they said that yes, so we gave our car and they want us to buy other materials for them. And also, they don’t have the proper materials and equipments be used to fix it. They just make it worse! And after that, they told us that they can’t fixed the car. So we just waste our money for nothing! We paid the right amount for them to fix whats need to be fixed but they make it worse!Not recommend this shop!! Not professional!!! See photos below for proof that they’re not doing their job properly!!! Naz Mobile Auto Detailing are worst!!! NOT RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONEServices: Auto detailing

DO NOT GO TO THESE guys, Will waist your time and money, Super unprofessional and rude. Literally rescheduled me 3x, and arrived an hour and a half late. To top it of they did a terrible job!! My car seats were still stained. $440 down the drain, and wen I reached out to try to fix the issue they completely ignored me and denied me atleast half of my money back.Services: Steam cleaning

If I could put zero stars I would. I am confused as to why everyone is rating them five stars, when their service is horrible! You pay to get serviced not pay to get ignored! They clearly don’t care about their customer satisfaction!

1st time customer along with 1 of my coworkers here at Fontana Walmart. We were extremely pleased in not only their professional service but customer service as well. I like to give a special thank you to Naz & Rudy(tech who came out). Thanks again for your outstanding service. I would like to highly recommend their services. So need a a detail car wash on the same day and Naz was able to provide exactly what I was looking for. His employee Rudy showed up on time and got started right away. Imran and Jay did a fantastic job on my minivan. It was a complete mess inside and out (toddler and beach trips XD) and it looks brand new after they finished.They made it so easy for me to have this service done and they completed it pretty quickly. Good customer service. Rudy my detailer was polite and professional. Needed some steam cleaning for the light colored seats that my one year old has spilled on regularly. They came out looking brand new. Overall the car came out great, the staff was very nice and I didn’t even have to leave my house! Thanks Naz!Services: Steam cleaning

Naz gave me the best car detail. Looks like new after not being washed in months. Very efficient and convenient. When he means “mobile service” he’s literally mobile. He came to my job while I was working. Gave him the keys and let him detail my car. I was able to get off from a long day to a nice clean car from inside and out. I strongly recommend him. DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS.I spent $1300 to get at most maybe $600 dollars worth of work. It has been a month since I used these guys, I still have there $800 "paint corrector" all over my car. It's in the trim, throughout my window gaps and around every wheel on the exterior. Worst money I think I've ever spent, because somehow the exterior of my car looks worse.Their interior detailing wasn't bad. They made the inside look great, but that's the only positive thing I can say.

Came in to get my Car cleaned it was great! Had my car looking brand new and all! Service was also pretty quick and responsive to get too! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a detailed clean!

I definitely do not recommend Naz mobile auto detailing. I wish I had read the other Yelp reviews. First, we had set an appointment for the afternoon, and called me 30 min before to reschedule for first thing the next morning. He told me over the phone the mini detail will be $169 when he arrived recommended a full detail is $259 because my jeep had been in the dirt off-road so I agreed, after he gave me the invoice I realized he charged me $459, $150 extra to clean the rails without letting me know !!!!!!!!, still water inside with dirt !!!!!! FULL DETAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????

Had an incident at a local alignment shop which resulted in grease and oil being matted into the carpet and floor mats of my brand new car. Naz not only took the job on short notice but went above and beyond staying late to get everything back to brand new. He did an amazing shop on the interior and exterior and I’m a very picky person. Zero complaints, fair pricing and will definitely keep doing business with him!Services: Steam cleaning
