Waist of time spoke to someone over the phone they said if I had the part in hand they could help me out better just come in so I go with part in hand and now they said oh we can’t help you this way we can’t look it up like this?? I’m confused why even tell me to come in? Frustrating.

Liz from Napa help me out, she was super helpful she was able to find the part that I needed for my mercedes-Benz E550. She does incredible good job finding the parts
that the customer needs.

When I got a battery here for my vehicle, I was well treated, my battery was acting up and I went to check, but unfortunately the guy who attended to me was hostile and said some stuff's about the former guy who attended to me first time that was not nice...the former guy assisted to remove the old battery and fix the new one, the new guy took his magnanimity and kind gestures to mean too much and maybe that was why he's no longer working with NAPA...that was not a nice comment.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Just go to Amazon. Tried to use this location in a pinch, being in the military I wasn't able to leave work early enough, and ended up getting there to pick my ALREADY PAID FOR, ONLINE ORDER up a couple minutes before closing. The associate, who was locking the doors EARLY wouldn't just grab the part for me. I drove 30 miles to get this part which I needed same day, just to have the associate laugh at me and say no. Before the posted hours were closed. I completely see why Amazon is taking over, and will be utilizing them moving forward. Very disappointed in this location.

This review goes out to Liz!! I was struggling to find the right taillights and how to properly install them, she made me feel really welcomed and took it upon herself to help me out! I had first tried Autozone, experience there was awful. They had staff in the back chit chatting while one guy was carrying their team up at the front. Finally he told me he couldn't help me out and suggested I go to NAPA. Best decision I could have made!!! NAPA sure turned that frown upside down! Fully staffed and available to help! Thank you Liz for all your hard work and help! I'll be sure to keep going back!!

Manny, Alex and Tony went way n beyond to help my family out. My battery died in my car and they seen I had warranty but no receipt n they went way n beyond to make sure we walked away with a new battery. Great customer service and helpful workers.
