I recently had a part recall serviced at the Palm Springs VW dealership, where I'd originally bought my car, then had to make the drive back home to Los Angeles. My car began making a hissing noise each time I accelerated (a hose was knocked loose by the PS VW dealership when they worked on it), and several of my dashboard lights came on during the drive back to LA. I pulled off the 10 and made my way to the VW dealership in Moreno Valley where they fixed the loose hose and reset my dash with no charge at all. Can't thank the team there enough. Even though I was set back a couple hours in my drive back home, I had great peace of mind.

My Volkswagen is new only a few months I’ve had it from 0 miles, already have had to take it in for check engine lights and other issues, This is the 3rd time I come in to service this location to try and get the same issue resolved, I don’t understand why fixing my rear camera is so impossible, I don’t know if this is an issue with this location or just Volkswagen in general , I’ve had Toyota before and I’ve never had to deal with bringing my car in and taking time off work every week, now Yvette is very helpful and nice, I’m only leaving this review because of my overall VW service experience

Moss bros repair center is the worst dealer we have been to. Brought my sons car for oil leak and smoking. They not only didn't even look at the car they suggested to do all kinds of other items that the car was NOT brought there for. Worst service ever do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
