The customer service is helpful and responsive. I was having a bad day with my truck but my service rep really went over and beyond. It seemed like he put himself in my shoes and really spoke to me like a human being rather than just another customer.

You can believe the reviews of this company. I bought a new car from Moss and had it serviced there over a long period of time. My overall experience has been negative to put it lightly. They will have you steaming mad! How many more bad reviews do you want? Is it that hard for you to do the right thing by people?Read your bad reviews. They are accurate!

This was not my 1st time doing business at an Auto dealership. My experience however yesterday was absolutely a very much satisfying one with Moss Bros. Toyota of Moreno Vally and their customer was superb in getting me into the truck I wanted at at valued price that fit's my family's budget. They were more than accommodating and helpful in the success of purchasing a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma SR5. My family and I are rather Thankful and Grateful for the experience had during this thought-out process. The process was smooth & enjoyed the staff who were honest, loyal & welcoming; that surely earned my business. I also want to personally thank Anthony my sales representative who came to me with an approachable attitude that read "I am here to help". Anthony listened and took my needs personally. He delivered excellent customer service that was notably nothing but professional and enthusiastic. Thank you Moss Bros. Toyota team for the great experience. Again my family and I a very happy with our new Tacoma and very much recommend Moss Bros. Toyota in Moreno Valley. Happy Thanksgiving: From the Huante Family.

I went to Moss Bros Jeep, In Moreno Valley today 11/2/23.I met Mr Terry Anthony, he was so kind, very professional, and he was able to answer allll my questions. He was also able to find a Jeep that fit my needs. I was very surprised, the lot has TONS of choices. My husband told me to go to 3 dealerships!! I'm listening

I did a walk in oil change today and Michael Sanders took care of me and my Camary. My vehicle was done in less then two hours. Michael called with recommendations for additional repairs. He wasn't pushy but let me know their importance by priority. I appreciate a salesperson who doesn't make me feel like they are just after my money but care.I will be returning when it is time.

I take my 2020 Toyota corolla to the service department for recall and the service was horrible I have appointment at 8 am and they talk me the service is not taking longer the 2 hrs By 11:30 am im still waiting for my car and ( BRENT SIEVERS ) the service representative it completely useless and rude The documents I received from Toyota explain the recall is taking 45 min maximum and im still waiting 3:30 hrs later I will never recommend toyota in Moreno Valley First The take forever to answer the call and give you appointments and second the costumer service at the dealer and service department is horrible and incompetent

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Moss Bros Toyota, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. The entire ordeal left me feeling scammed and pressured beyond belief.From the moment I stepped onto their lot, I could feel the sales team's predatory gaze fixated on me. They wasted no time in bombarding me with unsolicited attention, making me feel like a piece of fresh meat rather than a potential customer.I had a specific budget and car model in mind, but that seemed irrelevant to them. They swiftly ushered me towards vehicles that were well beyond my budget and insisted that these were the only "worthy" options available. It was clear that their aim was not to assist me but to fleece me for as much money as possible.The pressure tactics were relentless. I was subjected to aggressive sales pitches, with the staff employing every trick in the book to make me commit to a purchase. They used manipulative language, tried to create a false sense of urgency, and even brought in multiple salespeople to gang up on me. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional.To make matters worse, when I asked for time to think things over and compare my options, they became downright hostile. They used guilt trips and belittled me for not making a quick decision. I felt trapped and deceived.In the end, I managed to escape this nightmare without making a purchase, but I left Moss Bros Toyota feeling violated and scammed. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to think twice and explore other dealerships that prioritize honesty and customer respect over shady tactics and pressure sales. Moss Bros Toyota, you should be ashamed of yourselves for treating potential customers this way.

AVOID AVOUD AVOID AVOID AVOIDI am fuming mad. I finished paying off my 2016 Camry a while back and they are just now telling me I pre-paid for maintenance on the car. But when I first took it to the dealership for an oil change I was told that they didn't know what I was talking about and made me pay. They will 100% up charge you on EVERYTHING, lie to you about your terms, rush you to sign without reading, keep you there for hours, just to make the sale. They are only in business to rip people off for every single dollar they can. If it was up to me the whole building would be removed from the face of the earth. I wish I went literally anywhere else for this.

Arrived for service on a Saturday morning and was greeted by a ton of vehicles lined up. I had an appointment but considered cancelling because it looked so crazy! But I'm glad I didn't. I could see all the employees with their tablets going out to greet each driver.Within minutes I received a friendly greeting and was directed where to go. I was greeted again and the process was explained, including the services that my car needed. I was also made aware that my first five services are free (new vehicle) so I wouldn't have to pay anything on this visit. I was walked to the lobby and there was a lot of comfortable space by to wait in, including seating with little individual tables.I was told an average wait time and when my car was ready, I received a text notifying me. I was out minutes after the text.I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient everyone was considering all the cars there. And everyone was nice and friendly. Will come again!

I don’t know anything about cars, but the employees explained everything in simple and understandable terms! I was able to order my parts and set up an appointment in one go. 10/10

They were Accurate and Professionals and that's what pleased me courteous yes indeed price wise this was my 1st time going to them and I could not complain about the price. My mother was going to them for a long time and she seemed to love their professionalisome so therefore as long as the prices are fair I will keep going to mass brothers thank you Mazda brothers

I visited Moss Bros Toyota yesterday, and was so very pleased with the service I received! Steve Atencio helped me, and the service he provided was excellent! I own a Toyota Corolla, and was needing a 90,000 mile service. I took my car there and received prompt attention and service. I discussed some concerns I had, and Steve listened attentively and made note of any concerns I had. After my car had been checked out, Steve came into the waiting room and clearly explained to me what needed to be done and what additional services that my car needed (I also needed new brakes and a new gas cap.) The service and attention that he provided was professional, courteous, and very much appreciated! I asked a lot of questions, and he was very patient and took the time to answer them all for me. I will be returning to Moss Bros Toyota for future service, that is for certain!
