I wouldn't recommend this branch. Elizabeth has the worst customer service. She was extremely rude and very condescending. When leaving I felt judged and unwanted. I will continue to visit the Mission Grove location for my financial services.

Bank seems understaffed, and in addition to my withdrawal taking 15 mins, the bank teller made a comment about my ethnicity.

Bank of America small business is the worst. They don't realize you're a small business. They hold check deposits from your customer for 10 days just because. Then they release the funds when they feel like it. And charge you fees for stuff not clearing when they are holding $55,000 of your money.They are to big to touch. Use a different bank!!!

No complaints. I went during lunch so the line a bit long but as expected. The teller put in the effort to give me clean bills for the New Year so 5 stars.

Literally, standing in line for about 20-30min only two windows open. Two tellers at one window and this line is just not moving. They had money to renovate the bank and decorate for Christmas but not to hire more tellers, really . I would think getting customers serviced faster would be at the top of their list especially during these times. SMH
