I had to have an old bus/RV moved that had been sitting for 20+ years, and they came right in and got it moved; super professional ... definitely know what they are doing. Called in the morning, and they had it moved that day. Thank you.

Customer service sucks. The lady was rude and lazy to do her job. We called for information regarding a car they towed and refused to answer because they are “closed” on weekends. However, their website states they are open 24/7/365 including customer service. The picture is a screenshot of their availability.Service: Car towing

I waited 50 mins for a tow truck driver to contact me just to call the company back and find out that the lady never even passed on my information and as soon as I called a man picked up the phone and had a driver call me within 2 minutes to wait another hour.Service: Car towing

This company is extremely customer care sensitive! From the first point of contact throughout the entire experience. I was given a fair price, and the drivers took care of some extras that kept my trailer in perfect form during the entire road trip. Also, really appreciate how concerned the drivers were about proper placement of my vehicle and making sure it was secured upon arrival to the destination. I would definitely call Moreno Valley Tow again since I've never had a better experience.Service: Special vehicle towing
