Being going to this car wash for a couple of years, good service. Vacuum available and towels as well to use.
Today a young lady named Natalie was very helpful with a situation that occurred in the car wash and I would say she's a great person with excellent customer service.

20 dollars for a "premier" car wash that did very little to clean my car is wild lol. Never again. Straight robbery for a wash that took less than a minute

Very upset that our monthly membership fee of $29.99 went up to $35.99 without any warning. I was just there around 2wks ago. Been with this company since it opened, and I don't appreciate not being given any discount for loyalty as well as no warning. What is the benefit to being a long time member nearly 2 years?

It was really bad, all the dirt was still there after washing. It seemed as if it wasn't scrubbed. I had to reclean it with a wet towel . I pretty much washed it myself with the wet towel.

Don’t believe anything the employees say to you. I called for hours of operations and Jemal or tall teenage guy with long hair( I’m pretty sure he gave me a fake name) answered with a I DONT GIVE A F about this job tone of voice and lie to my face when I politely asked for hours he said they are not open. I asked to speak to a manager and he also denied that a manager is there. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THE CAR WASH FOR A MONTH DEAL. IF you want to stop paying from your account they say they will stop taking from your account but they don't. After it goes through the car wash the towels are dirty, meaning it does not clean the car, but it does look better. The sign up for car wash deals are a bad deal.

I can't say one good thing about this place. Paid for the most premium wash they had which was supposed to include ceramic coating, wax, polish, tire shine, etc. Not only did it not clean my car at all, the "extra stuff" that comes with the premium is a complete scam. The employees were so rude too. Worst car wash experience. Don't waste your time or money coming here

After going through this car wash my 2022 windshield was cracked from top to bottom. The manager on duty assured me it would be compensated. But that following week after waiting for him to call me, I called him, only for him to tell me according to their camera it was already cracked and sorry but no pay out. Handle it yourself $. Also he would not let me see their camera. It was a new car with no cracks.
