Really bad customer service.I went today to return a 5 pounds of meat just before we stared to prepare it the meat gave us a smell, a bad smell. I send me mom to just return it with the receipt and they refused to change it.

Not sure if i came at the wrong time but there was not meat or very very little. New to the area, yelped good carneceria stores, this location came up. I'm willing to re-rate but as of now 1 star.

Came here because of a review I read, did not disappoint. Bought a bag of frozen beef bones for my GSD. Great price and customer service! Will continue to come back.

I've been to this place a few times. Recently, because of COVID-19, they've added a sign to their door, stating that customers must wear a mask to enter. Yet every time I've been since the sign was added, I've seen several people inside with no masks. It doesn't make me feel safe, if they can't or won't enforce their own store policy. And if they are lax on this requirement, what other requirements are they not enforcing? I'll take my business elsewhere, thanks.

The sign outside says opens at 8am ...been waiting15 minutes... came here online to call and Google says open 9 am....which is it ???
