I could tell that Melissa was very technically savvy and knew what she was talking about. “Patrick was so helpful in this store, I had upgraded my phone last year in December with a different sales associate and was supposed to get a promotion that unfortunately wasn’t applied. I went in after waiting a few billing cycles to see if the promo would kick in and I still had not gotten the promo. And Patrick took care of it. He was professional, polite, attentive and very friendly. I had all of the paperwork given to me the day of the upgrade so he processed the request to apply the promo on my account since the day I upgraded. He even called me back a few days later to let me know my promotion had been approved and had finally been applied and prorated. Thank you very much Patrick.”
