“Ruby helped me resolve my issues with being able to react to my messages. She figured out that I was in the wrong messaging app it took her under 10 minutes to figure out a problem that has been frustrating me for years now. I honestly thought she was going to give up and just give me back my phone and not want to resolve it I knew there had to be some resolution to it and she figured it out. I tried to have this resolved once before and the person made me reset my phone I was so bummed about having to do that and still didn't fix my problem Ruby made it look like child's play. “Patrick was so helpful in this store, I had upgraded my phone last year in December with a different sales associate and was supposed to get a promotion that unfortunately wasn’t applied. I went in after waiting a few billing cycles to see if the promo would kick in and I still had not gotten the promo. And Patrick took care of it. He was professional, polite, attentive and very friendly. I had all of the paperwork given to me the day of the upgrade so he processed the request to apply the promo on my account since the day I upgraded. He even called me back a few days later to let me know my promotion had been approved and had finally been applied and prorated. Thank you very much Patrick.”
“I walked in very frustrated and in need of support with my device. I immediately was approached by Melissa who proceeded to get right down to ways we could resolve my issue. I could tell that Melissa was very technically savvy and knew what she was talking about. For now the entire store is somewhat not quite organized, I can see they do try to have the likes items in one sections. throughout the store aisles , there is a direction signs pointing arrows to where to go . I interacted with two employees, one to ask where the wine section is located and the other was at the register. They both were pleasant and friendly .”
