Just horrible! Would never go here again. They ask for payment up front because they know they’ll just take their time. I ended up fixing the issue myself. Waste of time and money!

It's been 2 months and still haven't received my son's Nintendo switch back. When I dropped it off it would still charge 90% of the time. Last week I called and he said it he replaced the charge port and he can't get it to turn back on. Obviously he burnt it. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to this issue. Do do business hear. Just send it to Best Buy or Nintendo, worst case scenario buy a new device.

Dropped off my console in December and didn't get an answer on what was wrong with it til almost 2 weeks later and told me he couldn't fix the problem. Was promised no fix no fee and wanted money when I tried to pick it up. Bad business and bad customer service. Steer clear of this place. Save yourself the legal work, money, time, and head ache!

If there was any way to rate less than 1 star it would be zero stars. I took my PS4 Pro in for HDMI issues. I got the run around for like 2 weeks. I popped up and he had my device open on his table and proceeded to show me the problem and that it was unfixable. I believe he harvests parts from generally good condition devices and reuses them for other repairs. Do not do business here.

Had took my son ps4 to fixed and was told that it was the HDMI port it took like a month to fix the first time. The second time i took it in for the same reason ( by the way the problem only was fixed for 2 weeks before the same part broke again ) when i took it back i was told that the same piece that was fixed before was broke again, it took another month and a half for the problem to be fixed and was charged again for the problem to be fixed when I was told that if i had any problems to bring it back and when I ask him about that i was told there's no warranty the best he can do is 2 weeks smh.
