Switched to metro yesterday and the gentleman was extremely helpful, kind, and the process of switching over was fast. Went to multiple locations and they were the only store that helped us get the phone without trying to overcharge. He was very knowledgeable and explained plans and out of door costs. Would highly recommend.

Worse store ever, I have to change my old phone (125.00) In order to get free phone I have to change my number at the end I paid 107.89, my plan was 50.00 now is 65.00 I have to call 611 to fixed it. Ridiculous non ⭐. Be careful when you purchase here.

Store hours says they close at 9pm. The time is 7:47pm on a Friday and it's closed. Already had to deal with a shady dealer from another store so I guess maybe metro is just not it.

Company confirmed 6 days ago that they are open until 9pm but here at 7:58pm they are closed. Maybe ill switch to boost mobile.

Everytime drop another phone from having limited use of my right hand, this store has a great replacement with a great price!!
Bought the ZTE which out the door was$140.00, with $60.00 mail in rebate only $80.00!!!
Has same memory 32gb and camera 16mp as the iPhone, but Android based!
If your a conceptual thinker this is the phone for you. Let those artsy farts have their"smart" phone, I'll stick to my smarter phone.

I went here telling them my phone wasn't working and they blamed me saying that it was my fault and to go to another store because they couldn't help. I came home and fixed my phone myself with a YouTube video.
