We had a problem with our SIM-Cards, which we bought in Walmart. The Support Hotline wasn’t helpful at all and hung up twice. So we went to this Store and asked for help. Elena indeed helped us and was very very friendly and supportive.

I really thought highly of this specific metro store as the others stores clearly are never helpful ! I simply called to ask a question for a claim and they reffered me to their CS team in which i called and the person there was so unprofessional aside of not being able file the claim because they didnt know what type of model giggs etc all info they should have . The phone is off so there's no way of me knowing that as this isnt your typical iphone . The WORST then i call this metro store and the person working cut me off literally after 2 min and said she had to go because she had someone at the store LMAO this customer service is very poor please reconsider ever doing buisness with the company in general. I sat on the phone for 1 hour for them to point fingers at each other an experience id never had with any carrier.

The female staff thats working the shift during 12pm on a Tuesday with tattoos was very rude and was also on a personal phone call and everything I needed help with she immediately turned me down and said she couldn't help. She should get fired before someone calls corporate.

me and my husband went to pay our bill and the store manager by the name of alexis let us know we were paying to much for 3 lines so she offered us our 4th line for the same price for the 3! she took the time to actually see why we were paying so much and offered us a better deal. just wanna say your awesome girly!!

Poor customer service. According to the sales person and per the manager of the store they will not sell you a phone without buying 3 to 4 accessories as a "bundle"!!!! Accessories I do not need! The sales person was rude and condensing, kept a smirk on her face when i asked to see the store policy in writing where it stated that I have to buy a bundle. They couldn't provide anything because they don't have anything in writing! All she kept saying is "don't kill the messenger." Very unprofessional and pathetic.

Don't come here they do not know what they're doing! Came to get my sprint phone switched over with metro and i walked out happy until i noticed I could not get any incoming calls or messages ..stopped at the one by perris alessandro and they said they werent supposed to do that at all. Metro pcs has some horible training procedures. What a incovenience! Horrible horrible! Oh yeah while i was there the latina lady had to call back a customer because she forgot to give him his sim card. Smh. Keep in mind this store was not busy at the moment I was there Just an overload of ignorant reps.smh.
