Horrible customer service provided by Jacob. I went to get help with my phone that I bought from another employee there. He was extremely rude. Didn't want to help. He yelled at me told me to go back to school and learn to talk. The other employee there kicked me out instead of trying to help me. Do not recommend this place at all.

Only giving a 2 star bc melody did try to help me and was letting me take my time. She also answered all my questions and was nice and respectful to my face. So melody asked me if I had acp code, but I wasn't sure what she was talking about. So she asked Jazmin , and Jazmin said " u clear it out , she doesn't get a new phone" 1. I wasn't in there trying to get a new phone . 2. I was actually there to buy 2 new phones which I specifically told melody. Jazmin was so rude. Gave me dirty looks . Has no customer service skills at all.So then melody told me that I owed $268, and I said ok, can u tell me what the charges are . So she told me it was for the phone activation charge and 1 other charge. But I forgot what it was. And said we don't have phone cases but we do have tempered glass for your phone. I said I didn't want any accessories.So Jazmin chimes in , while she was helping another customer, doesn't tell him to give her a min. She just stopped talking to him , and says you have to get the accessories. I told her why? And she says while looking at melody bc it's actually mandatory now that we charge for accessories with a new phone or else the store doesn't get credit for it . So I told her no other metro stores have ever made me purchase anything else besides my phone. Jazmin says well now it's mandatory.I told them nevermind. They lost out on a $536 sale over accessories. That's not great CS skills if you ask me. I will just go to the main metro and get me phones from there.

Went in for phone issue , Girls here were so helpful, polite and took time to remove virus from my phone. Offered me phone virus protection for future. I will recommend this place. Thank you.

The employee Jazmine, has bad business practices. I went in for an upgrade. Got the phone said the activation fee is included, charged me for the sim card and when question on why my receipt did not reflect it she said "for some reason it does now show up in our system, what business will not account for their inventory, in addition I was charged about $40 for two other things I did not order. She did not give attitude, however she lied the whole time and as a customer that is not ok and goes against customer service. AND THAT IS MODERN DAY STEALING!! SO DISAPPOINTING. Also when I asked her if I purchase a phone and do not wish for it to be activated can I just buy it, she said I could not purchase it and had to have it activated there. Soo many lies from her, what store will pass up on selling their inventory.

I would give it negative stars if i could ...owner is selling the phones at a higher price i was in there trying to switch 2 lines to get the iphone 7 for 50dlls and she said i could only purchase 1 at that price and second one atretail value.. She was charging me 480 for 2 lines so i decided to go to corporate store and switched over 4 lines with 2 iphones amd 2 samsung amdbgot charged 316 so i was able to buy the 2 iphones for 50dlls a piece she just wanted to come up on more money never will i go here again..
