This place is a joke. It's run by a couple of amateurs who don't know the first thing about customer service. I was trying to save money and I walked into metro inquiring about their plans. I was sold on a month of service for 2 lines, and was told I could get a free phone for each line (with 90 days of service required and taxes for phone), so I picked out 2 less than desirable phones. None of their phones have wireless charging which is what I'm currently using and can't see myself going backwards. I discussed with them for a while and decided to take advantage of the free phones anyways. The store was at closing time and they demanded payment and assured me everything was fine. I was charged $260, and after I paid, I was told to return the next day because the port didn't go thru. I returned next day and I noticed my receipt had $120 of accessories added to the bill. I did not appreciate the sneaky style of the salespeople so I decided that I didn't want the device or anything and requested my service be transferred to my current unlocked device. Even though I never took possession of the device and have never touched it, she says no returns accepted on merchandise. She offered me $23 for the device but stated I needed to keep the accessories even though I never left the store with anything and she still had them in her possession. I thru a fit and became irate at this bulls*** policy. I then returned when the manager was in and received the same response, no refund. I got more upset and they gave me an address to corporate. I drove down to corporate and they contacted the store discussed some things and gave me an option of having my accessories refunded but the phone was not able to be returned since more than 14 days have passed. Total bulls***. They still have the phone that they refused to give to me. Now I have no refund, no phone, no money and I'm considering my limited options at this time. This place is an absolute joke and these con artists that work there are going to get their karma and it will be well deserved.

I definitely got tricked today by Jessica. She snuck an accessory on to my purchase of an iPhone as "included" and after I paid and reviewed the receipt I noticed I PAID $50 for a speaker I didn't ever want! When I asked for my money back she said I was required to buy an accessory with the purchase and all sales are final!! Do not buy from this location with unethical business practices. I wonder how many other people were tricked into buying accessories that are "included".

Sold me a defective phone (LG Aristo 5). Update: stay away from LG Aristo 5 you will only be met with disappointment. Both replacements couldn't handle more than 2 apps. Thank you for helping me get back to staying connected. It was a long back and forth of trial and error. I thank you again for the help.

My wife and I have been with metro for about 5 years. The phones we had were not working like they used to so we decided it was time to upgrade. Yesterday, I went to this metro store to look at phones and was helped by Cece. She was fantastic! Showed me the functions of a couple phones, I chose the Samsung A20. She activated the phone, transferred all my contacts and files, and showed me some cases which I went with the gel case. Throughout the visit, Cece asked if I had questions and answered any I had! Great visit! I went home and showed my wife the phone and today, we upgraded hers. This time Cece was already attending to another customer so Miriam waited on us. She was just as attentive as yesterday's visit! Took care of everything, answered questions, and was friendly and patient! Both ladies did a great job and I'd refer anyone needing a phone or service to come visit this store!

This was my first time shopping at a MetroPCS store. Right off the bat it was a great experience. Both of the customer Service Representatives we're friendly and greeted everyone with a sincere smile and a warm welcome. I was assisted by an amazing young lady named Izamar. She was quite knowledgeable in all their products from the various cell phones do the many accessories. She patiently answered all my questions I have regarding the different cell phones. I highly recommend the Metro PCS store on Sunnymead Boulevard.

First time coming to this metro pcs, I drove a little further because they had Iphones. My experience was great the young lady that helped me knew what she was doing she was of great help, her name was Yamel. I definite would go back to this place the whole staff was friendly and professional
