On Tuesday we went to Macy's in Moreno valley, men's department to buy some clothing for my grandson who is now clothes have to be bought in the men's department and for myself. While I was there we were helped by a wonderful young lady named Shadae. She was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and did it all with a sincere smile. She was very impressive in how she deals with people. One can tell that Shadae is the same wonderful person out of work as she is at Macy's. Thank you Shadae and we will be back. You are an asset to the Macy's family in Moreno Valley.

At Macy's Plaza at Tyler in Riverside Ca. I had to return at this store been my closest, for a returnBoy did I have Great Customer Service. I went to UPS store hoping to speed up the process. Was told wild cost to return and cost for labor . And referred me to take bake my merchandise to macysI did today and and I didn't get her name but she went above and beyond to help me get this done6/20/2023@1:26 seem like hour she stayed on it and done. I'd like to ask that she'd be acknowledged for her great service. I have been a long time Macy's shopper for many years, reaching platinum status. I recently ordered a bracelet for Mother's Day, and waited for it to be delivered to the store to pick it up. I waited so long that I finally went to the store to see if it was there, they told me it was not ready yet. A couple of days after Mother's Day I received an email saying that my bracelet had been returned because I didn't pick it up, I did NOT receive an email to come and pick it up. Then I received another email telling me that the bracelet was lost in transit. This is very frustrating I was then sent a coupon for 25% off as compensation to use in the store or online, the code did not work. It came up as invalid. I tried using it on several different items, and none of them worked, I'm seriously considering closing my Macys account.

This place is in dire need of some cleaning and organizing. Holy moly this place is trashed. Felt like I was shopping at a Ross outlet, everything was on the floor, picked over, crumpled up and in the wrong place. I walked out with a headache.

PLEASE PLEASE go with Leticia of your in the fragrance department she is super helpful and friendly in finding exactly what you need,don't go with Valarie she's very rude and she is scolding 10/10 recommended Leticia super satisfied with her customer service

I had such a great experience with Nina in the men's fragrance department! My mom and I went shopping for something else and just wanted to see the men's cologne. She ended up convincing us to buy not one, but two men's cologne. She was so patient and sweet. I definitely look forward to going again and hoping to run into her.

I went in and did my make up at Mac with Amanda Hernandez! She is so sweet and made it fun to get my makeup done for a wedding! Amanda is very friendly and made me feel comfortable getting my make up done!! I totally recommend her!! Get your make up done by Mac with Amanda!!!

Moreno Valley Mall is suspicious but this Macy's seems good. It's not a super large store, but it has all the departments.

Do not order Macys furniture they take months to deliver I ordered a bed they told me it would take 1 month and I was like ok that’s not too bad, but all they did was month after month back track my order and say it was not available plus they would take Money from my account each month then release it a few days later to charge the bed. A bed that had not even been delivered. Finally when it was delivered I thought it was paid for but no they went in my bank again and recharged my card.! BEWARE DONT ORDER MACYS FURNITURE!!!

I'm completely disappointed to see Macy's Departure Store has lowered its appeal and is equally dirty to Ross Store. It literally looks likes a MOB had hit the store. Employees standing,talking and can't even bend to pickup clothing off the floor. I walk out how disappointed it was. I rather drive out of town and support a store that Managment gets what it is to operate Retail..

Raylene was the absolute best! She works in the Chanel perfume department and she helped me by going above and beyond! I wasn't even sure if I wanted perfume today but after trying on all the different ones and the 15% off that they were offering I just couldn't pass it up! My review is mostly just to shout out Raylene and say thank you so much for the awesome customer service and giving me her undivided attention helping me find exactly what I needed even when I didn't know I needed it!

For some reason they have only one employee for department. The current employee including the manager are very lazy and DO NOT PROVIDE a very good customer service, actually the service they provide is awful. Yesterday12/17/21 at about 9pm. The store was giving the impression of being with no control at all. - they had no one to help with any question. I asked one of the cashiers and she said she said the manager had only one employee for dpt. In this case the cashier was the only one in charge of asking questions and help people around the store dpt. And being cashier at the same time, without saying that the store was totally packed and it was in a complete mess. I think this gives a very bad impression to a Macy's store, no matter the location. This whole situation didn't seem to bother the manager at all, since he didn't care listening or responding questions about the quality service the entire store is providing.

I stopped by this Macy since I was in the area for a wedding and had time to burn before the reception. The first thing I notice when I walked inside the store was that the INC jacket I got 3 years ago was on display. I didn't have to interact with any employees but I saw that the store was nicely organized and cleaned.
