(EDIT - January 25, 2023, upon request for an update) Not much to say......except that it's my FAVORITE dry cleaner in town. Prices are even with most other places, but Tre (pronounced: "Tree"), the person who will normally greet you, is very nice, and very helpful. Their prices are a little high as far as seamstress-type work (if you're looking to get anything sown or repaired), but otherwise, it's a great shop. And they will always try to make it right, if there are problems. (I've had stuff sown there that I wasn't comfortable with/didn't like, and they've corrected it, at no charge - I've had no problem with any of their cleaning). I've been coming here for close to 15 years now, give or take. I know it's been a long time.

I took some clothes to get dry cleaned and I received the lowest quality and they were humid. The clothes had a strong humid scent and when I brought it up to their attention they didn’t care nor try to fix the situation. They still charged me the total and failed to address the situation. They are unprofessional and rude. I will never be going back again. Save yourself the time and do not go there. You can find a more professional dry cleaners.

The tailor is a little quiet and straight forward but he does good alteration work, I had him out on zippers on my pants (the new trend at this time) and I thought he was gunna do a butcher job and make my pants look horrible and when I got them they looked like it was from the designer himself... I was really happy with his service!

They have always done an excellent job on my clothes. They are very affordable. I have been going there for over 20 years. They have had different owners but th e service was always great.

Worst customer service ever. Took more than three months to give me back my designer purse. They don't even clean the purses their. They take it to a third party in LA to be clean which they don't make you aware of. They damage my garments , they don't take responsibility. Trying to save people from having a bad experience.
