I came into Lucy’s formals this past Thursday they have beautiful dresses we were looking for our Granddaughters Quince dress. we were planning on buying a dress that same day so we did not have to pay the $50 before trying on dresses which was fine. My granddaughter knew what she was looking for as far as color and design we found here dress as quickly as we walked in & it is beautiful. Isabel I believe the owner of the shop was so helpful with making sure the dress fit perfect she also made sure my granddaughter felt comfortable & special the dress needed a few alterations that was expected we could have went home with the dress same day amazing as that was to hear. Isabel offered to do alterations same day but we decided to come back after everything was perfectly done. The Quality of the dresses are great and we got the bouquet and corona for a very good price I honestly thought it was going to be more than what I paid. I was very happy with the service & our experience my Granddaughter was very happy with her dress & that made my day. The Staff was Friendly and nice & amazing how quickly we were able to find the perfect dress get fitted pay and we were on our way home. I will be coming back next year to shop at Lucky’s formals for another dress. I have another granddaughter that will be getting a Quince dress. I will be referring family and friends. thank you Isabel @ Lucky’s Formals for making our experience exceptional.

I read all the reviews and was surprised because I had a positive experience. Even went back another day to buy my mom's dress there. I dont remember the lady's name but she was very nice both times. Today I went to pick up my dress and the person working was rude. I thought its ok. Just getting my dress. I was not happy with the alterations. It is bunchy and you can see the stitching. I asked if I can have it fixed. She said it happens when you add material in alterations. She said look in the inside it's smooth. Frustrated I replied but the part that shows is not. Frustrates I left and after paying $115 for terrible alterations I have to find someone willing to fix it if they can. My wedding is in 2 weeks and now I am worried if I will have a dress

I have never heard a single good thing about this establishment and the one particular rude lady who works here. There is a severe lack of self-awareness and class in that one. Truly an embarrassment to our community, our country, and our planet.

I’m not sure how to spell her name, Mariella or some sort, lovely girl she was very helpful and helped me get a room started for my five dresses I’d be trying on. She had to go to lunch and her coworker took over. I believe She said manager, this lady SHOULD not be a manager. Owner should seriously consider de promoting her. A skinny Hispanic lady, started moving my dresses around. Mariela had already informed me I could only have two dresses in the room. Which I happily obeyed. The manager started accusing me of having three in there and then she said I could Only try on the dresses if they were all the same size?? I wear Xl-xxl. Not all dresses fit the same. She was going to put them back despite me wanting to try them on??? That’s the point of a fitting room, to find the perfect fit. This lady is an idiot. I told Her she needs to learn how to customer service because all she did was ruin my shopping experience that I had Been enjoying with Mariella. Beautiful dresses but not worth helping the poor excuse of a managers paycheck.

Both of the employees and the owner were so lovely and I don’t typically have a great experience shopping for a dress but they worked with your price range, color, cut and time frame. And they were willing to alter dresses if needed. Overall a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience. Lucy was a great help with my ladies' dresses. He helped me choose the best dress for my ladies. And he made sure they had the correct sizes. I take care of every detail.

So I went in today to find Dama dresses and the mothers XV dress with my cousins immediately greeted by one of the the 3 ladies working there she tried to stop us from looking saying that they only sell to appointments so I asked her if we can look around because we did t know if they had what we wanted so she walked away and when we asked her if we can look at the Dama dresses she tells my cousin well I can find you a dress only if you’re serious and proceeds to say that she will need the whole party of Damas there for her to find one so we stated again we are looking we can’t buy something we haven’t seen so another lady started to help us and she was doing okay until she let my cousin try on one dress then picked up the second one she wanted to try and literally pulled in back and forth with my niece saying it’s not gonna fit her shape and my cousin was gonna break it as this was going on another lady followed us around keeping an eye on us needless to say we didn’t get a dress just attitude when I walked back in to take pictures of them to post on this review two of them hid I. The back as the other claimed they did t just harass us ended up at the Hemet mall I. Their XV store great customer service and a lot to choose from

I'm going to write this review in Spanish to see if that way the owner of this place understands that the customer service in this place is terrible, the workers are very rude and apart from everything they make you feel like you don't have enough money to be in that store. Don't waste your time supporting businesses like this.

Lucy worked with us one on one and helped us find the perfect Prom dress for my daughter. She even tailored the straps before we checked out so that we didn’t have to come back another day. We will 100% be coming back for future purchases. Thank you Lucy!

The worst place. Honestly if I can give it no stars I would. A “new” girl was rude and was no help. The owner was extremely rude (has bad breath) took all the books from us and basically called us broke. They EXPECT you to buy a dress there. Lady don’t know the meaning of “shopping around”

Customer Service was not good. We went to the store for a prom dress. While my daughter was looking for a dress, one of the salesclerks went up to my daughter and told her that she could not look at the dresses unless she was buying one. My daughter didn't say anything and came to the other side of the store to tell me what happened. I informed the clerk that we were there shopping for a prom dress and why she she went at my daughter like that. I was very calm but confused. She stated that her manager told her to say that. I asked why because any person shopping needs to look at the dresses to see if they want to buy and sometimes they do and sometimes they don't - it's called "shopping." I felt very uncomfortable but let my daughter pick a couple of dresses to try on. All beautiful dresses but I really wasn't into it because the store was not welcoming. Then one of the dresses didn't fit my daughter so another sales clerk came to get the dress to give the next size up. Then my daughter was trying to decide on 2 of the dresses she tried on. The clerk asked us how we were doing and I told her that my daughter was trying to make a decision between 2 dresses. Then I said that we were going to shop for some shoes and that might help my daughter with her decision. The clerk stated that we needed to buy the dress first and once again I said that my daughter wasn't sure and the mall would be closing so I wanted to use the time for her to get her shoes for the prom. Then the clerk asked for the dress that didn't fist and I told her that my daughter gave it to her for another size. We waited there while she frantically looked for the dress. My daughter and I were puzzled and felt like she was accusing us of the missing dress. The clerk then asked one of the coworkers to help her find the dress. We waited because we wanted to make sure she found the dress before we left. I suggested she look at the camera. When she went towards the TV screen she saw the dress she misplaced. Then she immediately started helping another customer and never apologized. Then we left the store.

This is such a great place to shop for dresses. Isabel has helped my daughter for her wedding with all the dresses and she has been wonderful. The prices are reasonable and she works with everyone. If you need any dresses this is the place to go!
