My daughter and her friend were travelling to Long Beach from Phoenix in the BMW when the front caliper bolt came loose and broke. He not only fixed the problem but checked and lock/tighten all other bolts. He treated my daughter with respect and concern and that shows a true commitment. Thanks

DON’T GO HERE!! BEWARE!!! They blew up my transmission then had my car towed!! The worst experience with an auto shop I’ve ever had!! If you go here you will be sorry!!

After taking my car in to have work done by them it now has 2 separate dummy lights on. The check engine light and the gas cap light. I replaced the gas cap and the light is staying on. It wasn’t on before taking it into them for work. I had them install a new gas tank. They told me they put $20 in gas and charged me for it. I ran out of gas heading to a gas station less than 4 miles away. My car now has trouble starting as well. Just to make things clear I had 0 dummy lights on before taking it to them and now 2 are on dealing with issues involving the fuel system. They also cut one of the fuel lines because it didn’t fit instead of asking me if I wanted them to replace that as well. According to the codes there’s a leak within the fuel system causing this problem. NEVER GO HERE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND MESS THE WORK UP. I went to them based on good reviews which must have been done by people who don’t know better. One of the reviews say they are honest. I disagree considering I had to call AAA to come bring me gas when they supposedly put $20 in the tank but mysteriously ran out of gas within 2 miles. Anybody who will start cutting lines that have to deal with your fuel system without asking you first isn’t an honest person. I am a home mechanic myself and have done everything from oil changes, complete brake replacement as well as rebuilding an engine and transmission. I’m including this information so you as the reader know I have a decent amount of knowledge when it comes to the mechanic of a vehicle. I don’t consider myself to be anything special or claim to be the best mechanic in the world. I am a decent mechanic but I don’t have a huge space to work on vehicles like I use to. That’s the only reason I took it here to begin with. I REGRET TAKING IT HERE BECAUSE OF THE ISSUES CAUSED BY THEM AND I TRULY HOPE YOU TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE YOURSELF. If I could give them a 0 star review I would but it requires me to put at least 1 star. They also waited until closing time to give me my vehicle back. In my opinion it was done like that because they knew they didn’t do the work the right way and closed the doors before I had a chance to really look at what went on. I have very close friends of mine that are ASE certified mechanics who told me that this is the thing shops will do if they feel they didn’t do the work the right way. They wait until the last second before they closed to give you your vehicle so by the time you have a chance to look at it, they’re already gone and they can use the excuse that something must have happened in between times when you could get it back to them. To clarify my friends live in different states making it very expensive for me to take my vehicle to them. I truly hope you go with someone else but if you decide to use these people good luck. You’ll most likely have issues from the work they did. Shady mechanic will do things to your vehicle making it so you will have to spend more money with them. This is an unfortunate thing that happens but does happen on a regular basis.

So I started coming to Lenny's about a year ago, I have sent them biz from my family and friends just paid them $1300 cash for a thermostat job on my daughter's Volkswagen Tiguan I bought some brakes and had them installed their and was a charged a fair price but after a few days my brakes were making noise and when I put it in reverse there's a noise also just wanted to get the noise checked out when I called but I was rudely told I had no warranty on the brake job and there's nothing they can do because I didn't buy the brakes from them but you did the work and the car wasn't making these noises so I'm a bit taken back I thought I had found a good shop now I'm not to sure? Even taking a look at the car would've been better than the response and service I just got.. Probably won't go back.Service: Brakes

my youngest Daughter took the car to the Nissan Dealer and was told that she need a entirely new braking system and a new axle. On a fairly new 2020 vehicle, had we had hear a noise and was instantly concerned, a female friend said years ago see took her vehicle to this mechanic and found him to be upmost honest, Will a male friend advised us to get a 2nd opinion. And I took my car here and Lenny found nothing Wrong with the car, instead it's brake pads could still go another 6+mos. Before needing to be replaced, rotors were In Excellent condition , Thank You Jesus for Lenny Auto Shop to provide the honest diagnostic, results . and not cheat a Customer!!!! The staff was extremely helpful and nice, his changed the brake pads on my 2nd vehicle and the service was excellent!!!! I will return.
