Lady is very nice and accomodating. My dad & I just came from doing taxes with her and the whole experience is great. We did not wait that long, she is very knowledgeable. She even took time to explain to us how much we were taxed and all the good stuff. Thank you Ms. Lady and we will definitely se you again next tax season.
