Wish I could give a better review because the inside of the store looked great. All the isles looked great. It was very clean & I got what I needed. However, there was only one cashier and the line looked worse than any other Ross. I have seen Kohl’s is supposed to be quite a few steps up from Ross, so it made no sense. Not only that, if you’re going to have zero cashiers do not make them push for getting new clients credit cards! you’re holding all of us up and we will not be returning if this continues. Next time I will be taking a picture of the lines and registers. 16 min wait for 3 items. This isn’t Walmart. Step it up or step out.

Manager James went above and beyond after a mishap with my purchase. I also commend the staff for keeping the store tidy and organized (mainly the toy section which is a hard area to keep organized). Made all the difference for me and my shopping experience!

I enjoyed shopping at Kohl's. I wanted to buy so many things, but I had to stop myself. I love everything that I bought. Some of the employees went above and beyond to help me. It was really appreciated. Thank you Kohl's.

Julie (Joey) was all that an Associate should be in customer service. When I asked if there was a carrier big enough to fit my items because I was walking, her first response was to show me the stores free bag that would work; then she went up and beyond in your behalf and showed me Kohls brand different sized shopping bags for purchase on sale buy one get one 1/2 off and they were lovely sturdy bags and I purchased 2 instead of free bags. She also held my items for me to return with my Kohls card/ID/car and then applied my senior discount and offered me a $10 discount coupon for next shopping which I did not intend to use but as it turns out the closet organizers I brought fit /functionality was just what I needed so I'm returning today to get a 3rd one. Hope to see her face and pleasant care.

I had the opportunity to meet a Christian woman in the store and we spent a few minutes talking. Then I got awesome service from the floor supervisor. She help me to get the rewards card and she also assisted me in applying for a CC. I was very doubtful of being approved, but I was. She was very kind, patient, considerate and helpful.
