Today I did some back to school shopping I expected there to be a line and associates looking not so happy and that wasn't the case. The associate that helped me with my purchase while wearing a mask smiled through it all and was so helpful and quick. Thanks Andrea for your assistance today, my son and I appreciate you.

I recommend this place for a little girl dresses if you're looking for a beautiful dress and you don't know where to go I recommend JC pennies they had Great clearance sale I believe I got the best deal on a beautiful dress that I got for my little girl we had a pleasant shopping experience there the cashier Connie was so helpful and so nice I wish there were a million cell associates like her

Since all jc near my family home were closed, always happy to find one open. This one was clearly having issues, but did manage to find some clothes in the big mens area. Not a lot of help to be found and supplies looked scarce. My biggest complaint is how dirty it was.....and why the carpet looked like a crime scene. Pretty sure I saw a few places that need the carpet removed and possibly checked by CSI.

Today I had an appointment to get a hair cut today May 7,2022 the style I wanted the hair stylist was not comfortable in the cut and I was not comfortable so the hair stylist went to her manager and explain her manager very professional walk over and talk to me and worked it out to have the stylist to shampoo me and than have another stylist do the hair cut which I was so thrilled with the end results I recommend KC Penny Hair salon they real know how to do your hair!!! I have been to hair salon and not receive excellent service like I did today with hair stylist Serephine very professional hairstylist along with the rest of the staff as well as the salon manager thank you ladies and Happy Mother's Day!! I have already book another appointment to come back!! Awesome service very pleased with my hair cut , and color

I just want to say a big thank you to Stephanie in the Men's department in Moreno Valley who assisted me with a client. It was our first time there and I didn't know where the women section was. Although I came in to shop for the client it was not her day. Stephanie was very patience with her throughout the ordeal. Stephanie, thank you for making sure we were good and even though we left without buying anything I just want to say your concern and your help make a huge difference. I know I said thank you so many times but I had to write it on here and to let others know how helpful you were towards my client. Thank you so much again.

My experience this past Sunday was extremely stressful. Let me set the scene... I arrived for my haircut with a Stylist. My hair was one length just below my shoulders. I came in with a picture of the haircut i desired (long A line) and shared this with her. She said ok! Then we proceeded with the haircut and this is when I knew I was in trouble.... She dropped her scissors twice, then the comb, of which she continued to use without wiping them off or cleaning them after they landed on the floor. And her hands were shaking. Yes, this is when I should have stopped her, but I didn't. She proceeded to part my hair on the side around the ears (both sides) and clipped it. Then she literally grabbed the back and cut straight across, no layering, no nothing...just literally cut across at almost back hair line. Oh did i mention my hair was dry...no water, nothing! Then she proceeded to cut the front at an angle from the front, she angled the scissors upward toward the back and tried to cut towards the back cut. So the side of my hair went like this /------ . Then she proceeded to the other side...and started cutting the same way. She cut too much on that side and had to shorten the other side....back and forth until my hair was just below my ears....OMG STOP!!! I told her "we are done and please stop", and I got up and took off the cape. I don't know what made me ask her "How much do I owe you?" but i did. She said "nothing". I walked out. And was met by the only other stylist in the shop, she took me to two on- duty managers because she saw I was so upset, shaking and crying. The on-duty mangers said "Another?" and were appalled and was apologetic and asked the stylist if she could fix it, she said she will of course try to repair. They took pictures. Oh, and did I mention I was the third person that day that she completely destroyed their hair, a bad dye job, and a cut that wasn't even repairable. The hairstylist that was comforting me, had just finished trying to repair the previous bad cut, and had stayed a little longer to make sure things went ok for me, of which it wasn't. The very sweet stylist that tried to help me, repaired the damage. And, i was grateful for her professional abilities, and hair skills. Of course my hair is probably 3 or so inches shorter that what i wanted, but at no fault to her...she had to fix the mess that this person caused. This women belongs no where near peoples hair, have scissors in her hand or have a job as a hairstylist. I am asking for my money back, because I did have to pay for the haircut after all. But i'm going to the Corporate office to complain about this, for some reason this women has been kept there, even after having OTHER and NUMERIOUS incidents as this. WHAT THE HELL???? WHY? I blame management for this as well. If you go to the JC Penneys Salon in Moreno Valley beware of your stylist. If you want the name I will be happy to provide, but i wont publicly post. WARNING TO ALL!!!

GO TO LISSETTE!!!! These are the best highlights I've ever had in my life. She is such an amazing hairstylist, knows what she's talking about and took her time consulting with me about my hair. Lissette is very professional, takes her time with you and really knows how to get the job done. Lissette by far exceeded my expectations and I HIGHLY recommend her for your hair! THANK YOU LISSETTE!

I really love to shop the fine jewelry at Jcpenney. They have wonderful sales and deals. The Moreno Valley store is closest to me but I have had a bad experience the last several times I have stopped in. It's quite obvious these women don't think a "stupid white b****" can understand Spanish. They not only said derogatory statements towards me but also about the one black girl that was either working directly with them or stopping in from another department also. This is disgusting as they make a commission off me so their racism must be deeply seeded. I will change my mailing address online just so they do not get commissions for my online sale. As the Jcpenney closest to the buyers house receives credit for the sale. I'm over it. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to Temecula. These girls need a class on being classy.

Employees are completely rude. I was driving around outside for 15 minutes trying to find the designated pick up area and then decided to just walk in the store 2 minutes after they close (which by the way their hours listed online are not accurate) and she refuses to listen to me and let other people already in the store purchase and when I tried to explain she cut me off and was totally rude. There is a nice way to tell someone information but she chose not to do that. I'm going to cancel my order and place another one elsewhere instead.

My wife and I came in about a week ago to order some glasses. They were running a special 2 pair for $99. Did not happen, their sales person was very nice but did not give us correct information in regards to the pricing. Needless to say we did not order any glasses because they're not true to their word. Would never trust JCPenney's Optical again.
