Such a waste of money for me. I bought multiple pieces of clothing at this store barely over a month ago and each article of clothing keeps ripping very easily and creating holes all over the place, or I’m finding new threads falling out. I have to keep getting them sewed and fixed, but the problem constantly keeps happening. Worst part is they don’t even accept refunds. Even worse when I checked the receipt they gave me AFTER I paid, they lied on giving me certain discounts. Never coming back here. I’d rather pay more at other places for better quality.

Had a wonderful, easy experience with Marisol. She's super pleasant and has a great eye. Just needed basic blacks this time, but I will definitely be back for the amazing variety of colors! I'm happy with the price, too!

Of course this MV store we visited this month has an amazing collection of shoes, hats, and clothing, etc. We just have to second the comments about Julianna. I think my husband tried on at least 10 different shoe sizes/widths/styles. She had patience, kindness and cheerfulness all wrapped up into one! What a refreshing employee! We defintely see a future store manager but whatever she chooses to do, I am sure her personality and service to customers will continue to shine. Great work Julianna. It was a pleasure.

Juliana was AMAZING!!!! she was so attentive and friendly. She made getting our sons prom suit so easy and effortless. Her personality was a breath of fresh air ?. Will definitely do future business here.

If I could give this business a zero, I would. I recently had a very bad experience on December 9th. My husband and I walked in looking for a bow tie with suspenders for our Christmas family pictures. After we purchased them, we walked out of the store and went back inside 3 seconds later after realizing we wanted a different color bow tie instead. My husband went back inside to return it but the young girl at the cash registered said no refunds. We were never told this while purchasing the products (which should have been said). The girl just pointed to the sign in front of the store. My husband told her we literally just bought it less than 2 mins ago, but she would not allow us to return it. Very bad customer service & I believe they purposely did not tell us no refunds while we were purchasing it. 3 young girls were working there this day and they were all distracted & unprofessional.
