The design and layout of the parking lot is ridiculous. Either ample spots or so compact you can't get out if you squeezed in.
The actual businesses that are here seem to be thriving still. Sad Lorenzo's pizza left years ago. The liquor store is Hella shady. Been there 2x...never again.

It is a not very busy place, but you can buy tacos, fresh waters and pupusas, for me it was just a quick visit place, to buy something to eat, but the place is good.
