First time ever in H&R block. I would say this though, they did not disappoint me.My tax preparer is Ms. Rosemary Macias and Ms. Hayde herself was so helpful through the process.They took me in eventhough I don't have the appointment made.I would say this though, their cubicles are somewhat close to each other; you can hear everybody's conversations.From the receptionist to their office/building cleanliness and the tax preparers..I do believe they are fast and do as accurate as they can be.I would not hesitate to give this place or staffs as *****.I will be back for the next year round.

My return amount was about $760 and the service fee was 210??? That's a big chunk of the amount. Everything else is great though. The lady who helped me was awesome and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the fee.
