We came here for 4-5 years with Glorious before she moved to Arizona. That was last year. She acted like a CPA without being a CPA. In fact, she was better than two CPAs we had in the past ~ one moved out of the area & the other (a Filipino) actually made a mistake that my coparent had to pay more to fix the following year... Guess who fixed it? Glorious.Glorious always filed correctly (not a single error) and the price was more than fair. There are non-CPAs currently charging $500--600 at a minimum BASED off what my coparent alone makes, EVEN WITH A SIMPLE TAX FILING.In fact, it is more like $600. I had been calling around and one of the questions they ask is how much money we made last year. Lucia & Company CPA's in San Bernardino starts at $650.00 for a simple tax filing, and they also have non-CPAs. Don't bother calling them...even at that rate, they are booked through October.Anyway, we ended up with a new tax person last year at this same establishment, and that was because they had our records. We were charged more AND we ended up with a much lower refund this time around. This was not the case with Glorious. I am still on the hunt for a new tax professional, and it has taken a lot longer this year than any other year in the past 11 years. Most tax preparers we had in the past either moved out of the area, retired, or made mistakes, etc., so Glorious was the person we had for the longest time in MV. It was a five star experience with her. A REAL GEM. We would have stayed with her until the cows came home. Or donkeys, whatever!! We do have a "wild" donkey herd in Moreno Valley that go about however they want, so I'm not making that up.NOTE: the tax filing for Moreno Valley residents was extended to October, so there is no rush for the usual April deadline in 2023. Tax Comp in Moreno Valley told me that.It also came to my attention that "CPAs are never liable for their mistakes", so I am still looking into that.

Don't go here. They will upcharge you by the income and tax return/ credits you earn. Go to a different place before you decide to come here. Rip off.. far cheaper with more quality other places just look before you come here.
