Home Depot assembly department is trash. I purchased a grill and the over priced assembly. The grill was dropped out off on my porch without notice. I called Home Depot regarding no one assembling it & was told someone will come the next day. Again nothing, I called again was told someone will be at my home the next day. No one showed again. I called again & was told someone will call me in 48 hours to schedule, no call. You know I called again & was told the technician isn't replying to them, am I to assume they only have one person doing this

Big shout out to employees Susan and Kim. I was purchasing a large order and wanted to utilize my 18 month interest free.All went well. Unfortunately, this location didn't have a particular window that I needed. The ladies help me locate the actual window and I was able to pickup at the Perris location. I wasn't able to do this alone. So, thanks ladies! You both were very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and patient...Thank you again!

Have been a loyal customer since 2008 and have spend thousands of dollars at this location. Today as I entered yet again on my 3rd visit of the week, I was wrongly accused, yelled at, intimidated, demoralized and harassed by a newer employee wrongly accusing me of opening packages and stealing. To make matters worse this was in front of my teenage son who was shocked at the events transpiring. I know many employees there who can vouch for my family and I since we live in the community with our children attending the same school district. This is unacceptable, unethical and although the manager did his role in attempting to remedy this situation, it does not change the fact that I was humiliated in front of my son and wrongly accused in front of other customers nearby. I would like a call from corporate to address this matter.

I come here because it's the closest one when I need some thing quick. I don't know why I keep coming here because I never get any help. When I come to get a simple key made, I have to plan to be here an hour or two because I can never get any help at the key station. a few times I had to call the store while I was inside of it just to get somebody's attention and stay with them on the phone until somebody actually showed up. Nobody knows anything in the store they need to hire people with knowledge. I wish they had the option to leave no stars because in order to post this, you have to leave something which is not fair.

So today I stopped in but not for plants. I came in for some salt due to my water filter running low. I asked three people if they knew where it was one thought they knew the other also thought they knew. Until I ran into Solome not only was she super friendly and looking amazing if I made add with all due respect. She walked me over to the correct spot and made me feel welcomed. Last experience I had here was with the manager and it was a horrible one. So I'm glad teammates like Solome can help change my opinion about this place due to my last experience. All over asking for a price on a Pot the manager seemed frustrated and unwilling to help. So thank you Solome for the dope experience.

My fiancé and I went in to return something today but it was so hard to return this particular item and nobody could help us out... but then the manger Juan came along took care of us and was able to give us a full refund for our item. He is very attentive and helpful definitely ask for him!

My 86 year old mother went to this store yesterday and asked for help from a young lady. This young lady totally ignored her and walked away. My mom kept asking for help, following her, and this "assistant" kept ignoring...Finally, in EXTREME FRUSTRATION my mother started screaming for help (literally) out of the sheer absurd, frustrating experience unfolding in front of her eyes inside this store. What an outrage. The manager then came to assist, and made a weak excuse about how it is difficult to find "help" - as if this unacceptable employee (who is getting paid a salary to walk away and not help and elderly lady) simply had to be tolerated...I am so disgusted by this attitude. FIRE THE LAZY, RUDE EMPLOYEES and STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR ELDER ABUSE, AGEISM AND SEXISM. Better to have NO help than what my mom experienced. I'm sure if my mother were some hot young man, this young lady would not have ignored the customer. Omg! What is this world coming to? I will be advising my poor mom to go to ACE HARDWARE next time, where customer service is always good. Shame on you, Home Depot. You can bet that then next time I go to your store, I will be having words with the management, in person, about this unacceptable incident. TRAIN YOUR STAFF and FIRE THEM IF NECESSARY!

We are visiting from out of town staying with our son. He wanted to buy Sheetrock and an exterior door for his garage here. We also needed to rent one of their vehicles to haul items as we don't have a pickup or large vehicle. When we went to the rental desk, we were told all vehicles were rented out until the next day. Fortunately, a lady behind him was returning a HD van. Needless to say, it was a blessing in disguise! I am very impressed with their garden center outdoor plant section. Plants were arranged very nicely and neat. They had nice a variety of indoor plants inside the store.

I had been waiting for 20 mins for someone to assist me. They have many helping with the check out lines but to get assistance in the isle for a product no one is available. I also asked for a manager and still waited. I gave a 5 star for the customer service gentle that assisted was helpful.

This is the 3rd time and problem I had it this store. 1 st time : different sales people walked away from me when asking them a question. 2nd time went in for a security part for garage. They no it only did not have it and made me feel dumb for not going on line to get it. 3rd and last time here; I needed just less than a bag of marble chips for a fill in land scape job and the sarcastic guy in the garden center says they don't sell the bags with holes because customers make the holes(implying that I made the holes. I told him their cameras would catch that and he laughed at my expense in front of other customers. I said I would now take my business to Kholes,which still does it and professionally too!

This lady helped us out and her name was Katherine if im not mistaken but anyways she was real friendly and nice and she just set off a good vibe that made my trip to Home Depot good

Pay attention to the reviews on here that are 1 star these people are not lying. Just about every negative comment mentioned about this story I experienced. Spent $4,000.00 on a major appliance and it was delivered damaged. I was told they would take it back and bring me a new one in 2 weeks. It never came. Customer service at this store is absolutely horrible! The most unprofessional and rude people I have ever had the misfortune in communicating with. Don't bother calling the store as they will not answer the phone they will just put you immediately on hold. If you actually do get someone to answer they will still place you on hold where you will stay for several minutes before they intentionally hang up on you. I went through this at least 7 times in 1 night and never spoke to anyone. If I could give this store a negative 10 I would. And what makes matters worse is all of the negative reviews on here and management not addressing any of them except 1 or 2 fairly recent posts. What steps have you taking HD management to ensure "ALL" of your customers are satisfied? Why does your store have an overall 2 star rating and nothing has been done to correct your rude and unprofessional staff members? DO BETTER!

I just got a dishwasher they told us it would be delivered January 4th . I was called twice after to confirm day and time . They did not deliver. We made several attempts to call the store they hung up on us to many time. When we did get to talk to someone they just said we will have to call the manufacturer. Really I bought it at Home Depot not the manufacturer I except the store to find out what is going on not just blow me off to the manufacturer. I guess if they did not hang up in us the first several times I might be a little cooler at this but I feel like once they sell you something they don't really care if you get the product are you happy with the product. I was not even called to be told it would not make it when they said it would be delivered and installed an extra charge I paid for. They got my money no need for further customer service. Also not giving me a military discount because it's on sale is a load of crap. Just go to an appliance store where they them in stock and can deliver the next day

If I could give zero stars I would! NEVER PURCHASE MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. Took 10min to purchase a washer/dryer and open up a credit card in store, But 2 weeks to just cancel an order. If you place and order with Home Depot and want to change your delivery address within 24 hrs of purchasing it's impossible.
