  They swap out pieces you take for repair.
  Went back when I noticed 10 minutes later, repair guy went to lunch.
  Went back 1.5 hrs later. Repair guy saw me and left quickly.
  The lady said my clasp was damaged so she swapped it and didnt pay attention that mine was 14k and the one she put on was 10 k and smaller one.
  She removed it and gave me back the $15 repair charge.
  
  So wrong, just say you cant do it !

  Sold me fake gold, I'm not from California and was visiting family in Moreno Valley. Went to this store and they sold me fake gold. Good thing i used my debit card so i can dispute the transaction and get my money back. I asked several times was it real.... go with a magnet yourself if you're going to buy from here
