How is this place still open. They open and close all kids of different times. I was looking at beds and asked about prices. The lady told me I can get a set for $199 and the next step up is $899, what kind of gap is that?

I'm just giving it a star because it is the only thing that allows me to give so I can write a review but this is the worst store I have bought from I bought a bedroom on 6/6/21 and the man told me that he would arrive on Friday 6/11 / 21 but to date (today 6/18/21 he has not communicated with me to give me an explanation or an update to what is happening with my order is the worst company I have bought from and the worst customer service the lady keeps telling me that the owner will call me but has not contacted us at all

Worst place ever! Do not purchase any furniture from this store. My fiancé and I purchased a couch set from here and we were told the couch set could be delivered within the next 2-3 days. A week passed by and we still had not received our furniture, we had to call multiple times to get a hold of the manager! Once our couch set was finally delivered it was horrible! We hated them and we were told if we did not like them we could exchange them for something else. We went in a few days later to exchange our couch set and we picked out a custom made couch that would take 2-3 weeks to be made. Almost two weeks later the manager calls us and let's us know that we would need to pick another couch set because the manufacturer could not make them due to covid-19. Please stay away from this place.

The service & communication with the owner & delivery was horrible!!! It took over a week to get the bed I was told would be delivered in 2 days. I was constantly provided misinformation & was hung up on twice when calling to follow up on my purchase! I got a good deal but not sure it was worth the lack of service. Blessings.

Worst place ever!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS TOLD ILL GET MY 3 BUNKBEDS DELIVERED ONLY TO RECEIVE HALF Of THE MATTRESSES FOR THE BEDS. I WAS TOLD THEY ARENT SURE WHEN ILL GET THE REST BUT MAYBE MONDAY. AFTER CONTACTING THEM (THEY HAVE CALLER ID AND INTENTIONALLY CHOSE NOT TO ANSWER MY CALL SO I CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT PHONE AND THEY ANSWERED) I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME. Waste of money time and energy. NEVER AGAIN
