All the reviews regarding the appointments are accurate. They do not respect your appointment date or time. Instead they suggest another date just to be as disappointed as the original visit. Horrible service, stay away. Jesse and Michelle made my first time visit at this location unpleasant. Wish there was an option for zero stars.

do not come here!! came in for a break inspection got my car back with a nail. they told me my breaks were good but did not mention the nail they circled on my tire? shadey business, bunch of snotty kids working there!! also scraped my steering wheel and when i stepped out and confronted them they acted stupid/ retarded. hope corporate sees this shitty experience! like how do you not even offer a new tire when your employee puts a nail in a customers tire

Sent my girl here to get her tires replaced. Made an appointment for 10am and it took them 6 hours to replace all 4 tires. If you're planning on coming here then make sure you don't have any plans regardless of how early you arrive with an appointment.Lastly, buying 4 tires you're supposed to receive "free service" this being an alignment check. Well they didn't give one and when asked they said to come back another day if you're having problems.

Imagine standing around at a computer with nobody in the store that needs you and you can't take 5-10 minutes to do my inspection for Lyft because you're SO BUSY LoL. The location in Riverside is much better at customer satisfaction. Wanting me to schedule an appointment for Monday or Tuesday when somewhere else will do it right at this moment. That's what I get for trying to patronize a local business. I won't be back.

I gave them a 1 so I could make a comment don't go to them they have bad attitudes I had a appointment. They don't like black people a white guy came in and they took his car in right away to have a oil change just like me so if you are black they will treat you like you are nothing so beware of this place

They don't have enough people working here, I called to make an appointment, they put me on hold because the guy was with a customer he said, then I got hanged up on after waiting for 10 minute, called 3 times and the same issue. No customer service, they are rude and never have decent appointments. I went to Bob's tires and it was a much better experience.

Wasted my time. Called in my appointment days ahead and was told I could come in at 3pm. Get there and told that it's too late to service me and they didn't have a 3pm appointment for me. So much for trying to give them my business again.

My son took his truck to hemet Firestone, they replaced reservoir assembly. It overheated the next day it overheated in Moreno Valley. He took it to Firestone in Moreno Valley. They did diagnostic and determined the reservoir was leaking. They replaced it and charged him again, not using warranty. They charged him another 500 dollars. They didn’t honor warranty which Hemet gave him a month ago. I called them and they said they replaced assembly and that’s not the reservoir. The receipt said reservoir assembly was replaced. Hemet ended up giving him his money back that Moreno Valley should’ve done. The manager told me she wasn’t there yesterday and didn’t know what they did. So I guess yesterday there wasn’t a manager there. Very poor service and I will never go there again and either will anybody I know.
