About four months ago, I planned a trip overseas and decided I needed a few things for my trip. I decided Macy's would fill the need. I first looked at some men's clothing and then went to men's fragrances. I was helped by a sales associate by the name of Elizabeth H. who greeted me with a very genuine smile. She was friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and efficient. I have worked in sales for many years and understand that building relationships with customers is very important. That's the first impression I got from Liz, and the fragrance department as a whole. Not only did Liz help me with choosing a fragrance, she also took an interactive role in helping me navigate the ways I could save and accrue points for future purchases. I have been back several times since then and each time I seek out Elizabeth's professional service, while cringing at the balance I have accrued over time. With the type of in house service I have received, it's been worth every penny. Yesterday I was notified by Elizabeth of a VIP presale on men's fragrances. It's not very often that you get discounts on fragrances, so I decided stop by. Like always, with a friendly and professional approach, Liz helped me explore a few options and I was able to make a decision. I then left the store to stop by a retailer in the area who had a cordless handheld vacuum cleaner for $24, but of course they had run out. Thinking of the great service I received at Macy's, I went online and noticed they had one for $39. Without hesitation I got in my car and went back to Macy's to see Liz. Sure I was going to pay $15 more, but the quality was better. However, the most important reason I came back was the associate/customer relationship that Elizabeth H. manifested during my visit four months ago. Elizabeth is a great asset to your company and should be commended. Sincerely, James

The short fat Mexican girl that works here has terrible customer service towards non-Mexican customers. As soon as she has to help someone who's not mexican. She act like he doesn't want to be at work, doesn't greet you, becomes real Stern. I'll shop here again once they fire her.

Called 2 see if I could order some shoe's on there site. They said they don't do it?!? Stupid store's!!!! Had 2 order thru site, shoe's looked better than pic when I received them.

On Tuesday we went to Macy's in Moreno valley, men's department to buy some clothing for my grandson who is now clothes have to be bought in the men's department and for myself. While I was there we were helped by a wonderful young lady named Shadae. She was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and did it all with a sincere smile. She was very impressive in how she deals with people. One can tell that Shadae is the same wonderful person out of work as she is at Macy's. Thank you Shadae and we will be back. You are an asset to the Macy's family in Moreno Valley.

At Macy's Plaza at Tyler in Riverside Ca. I had to return at this store been my closest, for a return Boy did I have Great Customer Service. I went to UPS store hoping to speed up the process. Was told wild cost to return and cost for labor . And referred me to take bake my merchandise to macys I did today and and I didn't get her name but she went above and beyond to help me get this done 6/20/2023@1:26 seem like hour she stayed on it and done. I'd like to ask that she'd be acknowledged for her great service. Tall young Black hair, brown skin tone, slender wore a black shinny mask Thank you for you great products and wonderful shopping experience. M.Ruiz

I have been a long time Macy's shopper for many years, reaching platinum status. I recently ordered a bracelet for Mother's Day, and waited for it to be delivered to the store to pick it up. I waited so long that I finally went to the store to see if it was there, they told me it was not ready yet. A couple of days after Mother's Day I received an email saying that my bracelet had been returned because I didn't pick it up, I did NOT receive an email to come and pick it up. Then I received another email telling me that the bracelet was lost in transit. This is very frustrating I was then sent a coupon for 25% off as compensation to use in the store or online, the code did not work. It came up as invalid. I tried using it on several different items, and none of them worked, I'm seriously considering closing my Macys account.

They have varieties selections of different shoes and sizes colors and great brands such as Puma and Nike etc Not too expensive either.

This place is in dire need of some cleaning and organizing. Holy moly this place is trashed. Felt like I was shopping at a Ross outlet, everything was on the floor, picked over, crumpled up and in the wrong place. I walked out with a headache.

My husband went in on 12-23-2022 to make a purchase at the fragrance counter, and he asked the sales associate how much was a particular fragrance, she replied that is 200.00 dont know if u can afford that one.Now just cause he went in his work attire does not give her the right to discrimination, she does not know how much he make...he told her i sont care how much it is i want that fragrance. she felt embarrassed and completed the sale.I have reached out to this store several times, and there's no repond.I will be taking this matter up with corporate. Just to let them know .This Macys has gone completely down and is more like a Ross.
