They don’t accept QR codes for fed ex drop off. And there’s no signs saying that so you wait in line, while other employeee stand around in an empty store, only to be told to go to Canyon Springs…

The don't print out labels. FedEx is a joke. I hate where we are with this corporate minimalist situation. I can't return anything properly altho their service says they should

If you’re trying to call to get help from a customer service representative you might as well give up now your package is lost! Nobody will help you! You cannot change your address if you typed it in incorrectly they don’t care it will be sent back so sorry
