I reached out to John with an idea for an engagement ring. He very quickly got back to me with a beautiful design and a very reasonable quote. Fashion Island Jewelers offers high quality products along with exceptional customer service. I came in with a $500 budget to purchase a promise ring, and without any judgment John, the owner not only got me the perfect ring for my girlfriend, but also provided me with product knowledge to ensure that I was getting a high-quality product.Since my last visit I have had to come into the store to fix just a couple minor things on the ring, which I had insured, and the ring got fixed really really quickly, efficiently, and the ring was returned to me in the same condition that it was the day I bought it but John also takes the time to remember his customers and anytime I visited the store. He has remembered me and made sure that I was getting the service that I needed.In all, I would recommend this store to anybody looking to purchase jewelry, I had visited three other stores before going into his store, the other stores, made me feel like I was just a commission to them. John, on the other hand, went above and beyond to make sure that I was not just a commission and wanted to make sure that I got the best product possible.

The two men who work here are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I got both my wife’s ring and mine at this store, and both are absolutely stunning for the price. We even came back a couple months later to resize my wife’s ring and without hesitation the younger man gave me a great deal on it, and the resizing was done perfectly. I will be coming here for any jewelry needs and recommend this store to everyone.

I took my watch here to have a new band put on and the gentlemen working were very friendly and helpful. The prices are extremely reasonable. I recommend everyone to go here for any jewelry related needs.

I worked with the owner of the store and he did everything to ensure I was getting quality materials and stones for my wedding band. I went to every other jewelry store in the mall and no one could compete with the price, quality, and over all better customer service that Fashion Island was able to provide. I can happily say I will be coming back for any future jewelry I want to purchase.

Alex did an amazing job with my order. I asked for my 3 wedding bands to be fused together into one piece and he did so beautifully. I also asked for a separate ring to be made bigger. He had to add white gold and do a rhodium plating. He did an excellent job. He also cleaned my diamonds and they came out really shiny and beautiful. Thank you so much Alex. Highly recommend. Will be coming back!

Took in my necklace for repair for broken chain and I am a very happy customer and prices are really reasonable. Also he replace my batteries in my watches and re adjust to watch bands too. Highly recommend

Walked in to a woman eating behind the counter who did not look up to greet me till about a few minutes later. Came to get an appraisal on a gold bracelet with diamonds. After a few minutes she said hello and asked how she can help me. She weighed and tested the diamonds and offered me 150$, telling me the diamonds were fake. I smiled and thanked her and left. I thenWent to a different place and was told the diamonds were real and was offered 650$. Will not return .
