They are so nice and accommodating. They verify and ask questions to make sure you get the exact letterman’s jacket you envision. Patty is fantastic. You make an appointment and get her full attention. Prices are what’s expected but it’s what you wanted.

Super high quality patches, and they’re are very detailed. The colors are incredibly vibrant and the buttons snap perfectly. To top it off the owner Melissa is amazing, she’s incredibly understanding and flexible.

We had a GREAT experience! I 100% recommend. The owner is super knowledgeable about colors, styles, placement, etc. She is very kind and very patient. She even had our jacket done before she thought :) the jacket is wonderful quality and came out perfectly.

Talk about fast! We ordered custom patches for our cross country team and they were completed in less than 2 weeks. These folks get it done and are inexpensive!

Holy cow! These guys are awesome! Went in the end of July and was told my son's letterman jacket would be done first week in September. It was ready at the end of August! The price was reasonable, a little over $400. Great looking jacket! I was skeptical because a lot of times things don't get communicated clearly and I was prepared for some discrepancies. I was completely wrong! The jacket was perfect! Everything we asked for was exactly as desired! My son loved the letterman jacket! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place. Mine was an unusual order which included patches and stitching for my white coat and scrubs for nursing school. It was their first ever doing it as they normally specialize in high school letterman jackets. They went above and beyond my expectations and I was really surprised with the outcome. Mirna is really sweet, friendly and accommodating. So I guess they can add another specialty to their shop! :)

Went to order my Lettermans jacket and the lady that helped us was so articulate about everything!! I have to wait a little bit longer before I get it but the service was great!!

We've been to a few different places looking for a varsity jacket for my son For the most part they were roughly the same price but the customer service at fancy Stitchin was what made us choose to do business with them Very courteous and made us feel welcome not only was a jacket done before the date they originally gave us it turned out awesome! So we now refer them when anyone asks about his jacket

First off this one star is not because I'm an Irate person, we purchase a jacket for our daughter school, and fancy stitching discovered that it was previously patched I really appreciate the information and I was able to get a new jacket for my daughter from her school. After returning the jacket to Fancy Sticking, Brenda was not in (by the way Brenda was great). There was a gentleman there which I did not catch his name and I asked him if Brenda could give me a call back just to confirm everything was the same, and there was no further issues since he had no answers for any of my questions. He immediately raised his voice started yelling at me, and told me "that was not necessarily, they're extremely busy and don't need to deal with nonsense phone calls even if it is from a paying customer." I reiterated to him that I just wanted to confirm that my daughter's jacket was going to be completed as previously discussed. This man has zero customer service skills he has zero gratitude for their customers.
